“The room was absolutely filthy and I found blood spots all over from bed bugs. I checked in and immediately back out. I asked for a refund and was refused. I asked for paperwork stating my check in and check out time so I could speak with Expedia about a refund and was refused that as well. “When I got at my motel it was not clean it looked like they just made the beds and that was it got put into another room it was a lot cleaner than the first room was not sweat they did not move stuff to clean underneath like the microwave underneath it was nasty”
