“This property was well maintained and clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was very close to historic downtown Covington and had all the amenities surrounding the hotel that anyone would need. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed for 2 nights. The first night, they directed us to 2 rooms (which was unclean) We had to go back and forth inside the elevator to inform front desk that we cannot sleep in that condition and that the rooms weren’t ready. The beds weren’t made up, the tv wasn’t working, there was old food in the garbage, and the shower water had no pressure at all. The second night we booked for a suite and there was no utensils. The staff was not pleasant at all and did not show any empathy or...

“Desk clerk was nice. Room was ok but evidently bathroom refresh wasn’t completed. Half roll of bathroom tissue, floor wasn’t swept. Not sure if we had all the towels, but we had a sufficient amount for us. Other areas were fine, but it wasn’t the normal Hilton standard we are used to.”
