“I booked a non smoking room, the first room I was assigned smelled of straight up smoked, terrible!! I requested another room was but in a handicap room one floor down, bed cover was discolored with strains ,I am now completely grossed out, Fridge, coffee maker and Microwave in the bathroom, didn't understand that . good thing I hand my own towel, sheets and wash cloth , i totally had to disinfect the room before I touched anything , I was so uncomfortable that i checked out two nights early.”

“would not stay again white foam was floating around the pool there were shady people outside at all hours. Very broken down and they hold a 100 deposit for the room that doesnt get added back to your card for 3-5 days and I asked if they could come and check the room in the morning to check for damages and they said the girls will check when they clean it after we leave. So seems shady to hold a 100 then not verify the room is fine at check out so the 100 could be refunded right away?”

“Staff was friendly. Room was completely basic. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette had no cups plates or flatware no coffee and no breakfast downstairs. Price was good for the experience.”

“The pool was broken and not usable. We came down for breakfast this morning, only to find they did not have a breakfast prepared for some reason.”

“No cleaning services ,bathroom shower tub wouldn’t drain,elevator goes out so often, shower water stop running can not contact anyone on the phone before checking in breakfast was good front desk staff was great”

“This hotel is more like an extended stay and the room didn't have any toilet paper inside the room and the blanket was not clean so I ended up checking out the same night I couldn't stay there.”
