“I really like this property and the staff is always wonderful. My only complaint is that they have discontinued their afternoon cookies, free parking, and self-pour half and half at breakfast. Those small touches have always made it a little more special. This my fifth stay and I was sad to see the changes. I always choose Hilton as a Hilton honors member, and it is discouraging when amenities are downgraded.”

“Loved staying here. Daughter and I went for a girls weekend. Had a great time. Staff was attentive. They forgot to give us our breakfast passes, but took care of it the next morning. The pool was under maintenance, which is a big reason we went there, but we just shopped instead. It was rainy, so the pool being closed wasn't that inconvenient.”

“We needed a last-minute hotel stay. My husband was scheduled for day surgery at UNC. Late the day before we were informed he had to check in at the hospital at 5:30 am. Being that we live over 50 miles away, we needed to quickly find an overnight hotel stay. Based on reviews and the closeness of this hotel to UNC Hospitals, we booked with Holiday Inn Express Chapel Hill by IHG. Everything was perfect for our needs. Close to the hospital, a reasonable room fee, clean rooms, and friendly staff....

They even sent a shuttle to the airport to pick me up. The bed was super comfy. There was everything that I needed in the room except for a blow dryer for my hair. The only downside was that you could hear a lot of noise from the planes taking off and landing until very late into the night.”
