“All was well”

“We were booked for a 3 night stay. On 1 of the 3 nights our room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to get clean towels and specifically asked that housekeeping clean our room the next day. The next morning, we saw housekeeping outside the room next to ours andI asked the girl if we were to have our room cleaned. She told me that she would be there in 10 minutes. An hour and a half later, when we checked the hallway, she had skipped our room entirely and I had to ask again to have it...

“There were roaches in my room. They changed me to an upper floor and upgraded my room but there were still roaches. Did not like the hotel but the staff was very nice and professional.”

“Hotel seemed fine but cockroaches in the bathroom. Not expected for a 200/night hotel”

“The breakfast served the same products all four days we were there. Also there were no milk or yogurt alternatives for dairy free guests. The bananas were not ripe. Another issue was that the cleaner was moping the floor with a pungent smelling cleaner the whole time we were eating which was just nasty.”

“Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!”

“Everything was great. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing was the room was not serviced afternoon first night. I asked fir it to be done...but the ball got dropped. No biggie...I just wanted clean towels, which they gave me when I asked for them.”

“The property is nice, it’s easy to find and is at a central location. In terms of amenities, there is not a lot, but they do have a coffee machine. The staff is lackluster. They really need to work on their customer service. A simple hello would be nice because it almost seems like you’re inconveniencing them by walking into the building. I literally had to ask if I was in the right place because they looked up when I entered and continued conversing with each other. Also, the bed feels as if...
