“Love the pond in the back and walking trail.”

“Room was clean but the south-facing windows were covered to with some kind of shade cloth on the outside , which looked terrible and prevented guests to look out of the window. This made me feel somewhat claustrophobic , especially since I just came from a hotel in Richmond that had no window at all. The complimentary breakfast was great , excellent choices , and great service and clean-up The complimentary shuttle was prompt and service excellent .”

“The staff was so very kind and helpful. The young lady who checked me in was very efficient and friendly. She made me feel at home. The room was clean, the shower was excellent and the bed comfortable.”

“The hotel was neat and quiet. The location is convenient to the airport, restaurants and attractions, etc. The staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant area offers a nice variety, was clean, and offered a variety of options on the weekend. The breakfast on the weekdays was limited to menu items - no buffet or complimentary items. There is plenty of free parking, an outdoor pool and a gym.”

“We lived this property. The room was great for a family of 6, pool was clean and great for the kids and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire facility was very clean and comfortable. We would be happy to stay again.”

“The staff was not helpful at all. When I called to ask about a charge I was rudely cut off before I could even ask my question. I asked for the manager and the lady replied she was the night manager. Then continued to cut me off. I would hope being in the customer service industry Holiday Inn would respond with better service. Not impressed and ended up being hung up on.”
