“We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. The hotel staff were very helpful with the questions I had before and during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic...

“THERE'S NO POOL. the whole reason we booked this hotel was to have a rest day and go swimming on our honey moon. Total bait and switch! We were so upset. Still am.”

“All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak.”

“We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)”

“Room was nice and customer service was great. The proximity to the train was good - about 8 min walk. The breakfast was not worth it - many hotels offer free breakfast of the same quality. Overall, a nice stay.”

“Everything about our stay was exceptional. Friendly staff, clean environment and facility, our room was spacious as well. I can for my graduation in Boston, therefore the drive to the city was not stressful at all. The 3 day stay for myself and family was like a mini vacation. The breakfast was great as well. I am glad I did not waste money on hotel in the city. They had a Mother’s Day banner in the lobby where we took pictures, the lobby staff helped take the pictures as well. Hope to visit...

“Love the location! This choice is highly walkable and is right next to the Charles River and its network of beautiful walking trails. I had not stayed before but note the front desk is attended in the afternoon and evening but not in the morning. The management makes everything work very smoothly and I was not inconvenienced by this. There is a phone number to call if you arrive before the normal check in. ”
