“Comfortable, big room”

“Place was fine , room temp was nice etc but it’s under renovation so it’s rough in areas”

“The staff were very accommodating, but I wish there were a chain on the door, a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Other than that, the room was fine and I like that I was able to park right in front of the room. One more thing, the airport shuttle is awesome.”

“It's more like a mix income community with short term business & vacation travelers, low income, immigrant, tenants. The floor I was on smelled of curry or some other type International street food market from guest/residence cooking on the kitchen stove. I called the front desk for a pretty routine service (I can't remember exactly what it was, it's been over 2 weeks ago) & he told me they were too busy to do it, he'd try to it later. “Beautiful Inn and grounds!! Hanna was a great communicator. Breakfast was delicious. ”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“It took them a bit to get us to a room that had a functioning parts, i.e. the toilet in the shower and the lights and then the room they put us in was definitely smoked in by marijuana at some point they did come in and spray, but it was just kind of a cover-up. The price was right for the quick time that we were there, but I don’t think I would stay there again.”

“Room made up only every other day so never made up during our 2 night stay. Tissue box in bathroom was empty; only 1 small piece of soap in bathroom; no q-tips or cotton; no shower cap, no cup; no coffee maker in the room. Pretty bare bones. Breakfast offerings were minimal but okay. Staff was nice though we had to search for tissues and other items ourselves. Not recommended.”

“Clean and quiet large room. Great evening reception with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING with made to order omelettes. This is our go-to hotel in the area! The lobby and elevator needed a floor mopping, but otherwise, a fantastic stay overall!”

“I cannot believe that I had to pay to stay in this hotel. It was filthy. The door was taken off the bathroom cabinet but the soap dish was RIPPED out of the shower. I had to clean the bottom of the bathtub so that I could take a shower. In the kitchen, that didn't even have a plastic cup, the bottom of the cabinets were dirty and a slat was hanging off. Breakfast was a joke. I realize that it was a "grab and go" but some granola bars, A nasty muffin and some oatmeal packets are not a...

“They are currently doing helpful improvements - updated air conditioners, improved water lines and the place is clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast foods are basic, but adequate, which is appropriate with a lower cost than many motels in the area.”
