“Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected.”

The only thing that I will have to say is that the tub was clogged because when I was taking a shower, the tub was filling up and not draining fast and the toilet handle broke but other than that, I had a good stay. “Thermostat reset to heat every day so even when it was 85 degrees outside the heat was blasting in my room. In response to my complaint, front desk said during the day it is on a motion sensor so if you leave your room at 9 am with AC set to 70 degrees, the heat will kick in after a few hours of no motion, front desk said people complain all the time and "if you think it's bad now just wait til it's 100 degrees out and the heat is still on".
