“Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and HVAC worked well. The breakfast was among the very best we've ever had at any hotel. The two negatives were no availability of a microwave even in breakfast area and no make up mirror in the room”

“Upon arrival, we had no hot water for an entire 6 day stay. Luke warm on most days at best for a few minutes. Reported several times, and this was with a full? Hotel during grad week. We were there for a celebration and funeral with no choice of switching with pre paid by Expedia. Wall paper was taped up in the lobby, and falling down across from our room on a fourth floor suite. This is the Second Fairfield/Marriot we stayed at in the last few weeks with issues. MARRIOT can do better than this...

“Very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was only bagels and cereal. There was no coffee or microwave in the room...only in the lobby for everyone. No conditioner in shower.”

“It’s an ok place if you’re staying for a short time but had some minor issues including the bathroom door that didn’t close due to the toilet being too big in the way. It was a non smoking room but the wall had what looked like cigarette ashes. Also it wasn’t as clean. with the TV , had to get a remote from the front desk to press a button and walk back and take the remote back. Cable also kept freezing. Other than that it was fine.”

“The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy and there was no button to turn it off. The noise was loud enough that we could hear it in the room even after closing the bathroom door.”

“The TV in the room went in and out the both nights there. Plus there was a dirty water smell in the lobby. Like they used dirty mop water to clean the floor.”

“The property was very nice and clean. The accessible room worked out very well however we would like to have had a portable luggage rack for our second suit case so we don’t have to put it on the floor. Coffee station at breakfast was not available at other times. Really should have brewed coffee available 24/7.”

“This is a basic hotel, my room was spacious and well equipped, wifi was stable and fast, the gym was small but well equipped and well maintained. There is virtually no breakfast with no options or choices, very very limited. Literally overpriced”
