“The issue we had, was it was cold out 27 degees, but the A/C kept kicking in, even though we had the thermostat, on the wall set to 72 degrees. We eventually had to turn the system off, so the A/C fan would not kick in. ”

I was traveling alone, and she make a big difference in my trip to Hendersonville. Their location was fabulous too. I'm so glad I made such a great choice staying here!”

“I actually booked this stay for my son & his girlfriend. They have been there all week due to the ice storms & power outages in Nashville. I want to give a shout out to the front desk staff....they were fabulous and so helpful during their stay! Even though the hotel is a little dated.... it is clean, comfortable and has great customer service.. ”
