“The room was sufficient, the staff was kind but we were there for a Rugby tournament and the breakfast staff admitted to not putting breakfast out fully so she didnt have to restock It because of the boys “wiping her out”. Thats quite literally part of what was paid for, the ability to eat before an 8am tournament kick off! Overall the stay was fine, and after being moved out of a dirty first room, the second room was decent. ”

Once we got to our room we needed just a few minor things We used the "Jancy" text system & staff member Janet responded within minutes to accommodate our needs! Breakfast was fresh & convenient for our busy schedule & the staff kept things well stocked & tables clean & ready for guests!”

“While the room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good, the bed was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. The pillows were fluffed nicely but as soon as you put your head on it, it was flat. I will never stay here again. ”

“everything was very clean peaceful and quite i travel a lot so i know what high quality breakfast taste like and i will give the breakfast a 5/10 because you can tell everything was processed eggs look and taste like it came out of a premade container idk. food was cold half the time, but other the that i was just thankful to have a buffet break fast in the morning. “Air conditioner covered in dirt and room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The door was broken and didnt close properly. The whole room smelled like sewage in the morning. ”

“I had no problems with my room! It was cleaned. Obviously the building isn’t a new built so you can tell remodeling maybe needed but my room was cleaned everyday and cleaned with new towels everyday. Staff was great. Food was good.i will say the hallways of people talk loud and slam doors you will hear it so unfortunately it’s not totally sound proof!”
