“Room was good. I can see that the room was remodeled recently but the toilet was still the old style height. Those should be replaced with more up to date height style. Kind of low for older people.”

“I had a 4 day stay. I only got room cleaned once. One day I left the DND tag out, but notified house keeping that I was leaving the room for the next day and needed towels. That was done, but the 3rd day I was left with dirty towel & no house keeping. A piece of someone’s false eyelash was under the phone. One of 2 elevators were out of service during my entire stay. “Well kept hotel. Friendly staff. Safe area for vehicles. My only complaint was the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. My husband and I did not have a good nights rest and we kept waking up due to stiff backs. Even the pillows were firm. ”

“Great size room! Staff was very friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was delicious, of of the best options I’ve had. Beds were nice and comfy and the location was right off the freeway next to plenty of food options! Thanks guys!”

“This was by far the nastiest place I have ever been in. There was dog feces everywhere outside the entrance. The smell was atrocious inside and out. The first floor reeked of dog poop. The elevator didn’t work half the time. The lock on the door was broken. My bathroom door had huge holes broken thru it. The floor was so sticky with dirt. I DO have photos. This place should be closed. The only plus were the two front desk employees who were kind. If I could have found another hotel that late...

“Bed was fine. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so the drywall was peeling and falling from the ceiling over the shower. The grout was moldy and needed replaced. The toilet paper holder was broken. Typical no-motel feeling. It was fine for the cost. Definitely not luxury like their website claims. Unless you want to call it redneck luxury. ”
