“This little hotel/inn was perfect. The lady at the front desk (Monica) was super helpful, knowable, and so very friendly. I have never seen someone multitask at her job as well as she does. She is informative, and knows how to problem solve. She helped me in many ways. I would definitely stay here again. I was traveling with my daughter for a cheer competition. “Toilet clogged, no plunger available, no manager or maintenance on duty, could not relocate room as hotel full capacity. Only 1 employee on duty. Had to send my husband out to walgreens. R5 minutes round trip to get a plunger to fix our toilet so we would have a working restroom. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend as hotel is poorky managed and not staffed well.”

“Air conditioner covered in dirt and room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The door was broken and didnt close properly. The whole room smelled like sewage in the morning. ”

“Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected.”

“Overbooked their rooms and left us with a reservation but no room. We were traveling from Florida with a newborn and they had no rooms even though we had reserved one. Super upset that it left us with no where to go as other hotels nearby were sold out for the night too. ”

“The room could have been better taken care of but the a/c worked fine, the front desk staff was very nice. My only real complaint would be our room did not have a microwave or fridge vut that was it!”

“The first room we were first provided had a terribly strong odor to it, and the hotel locks were broken and looked like someone had kicked in the door. We asked to be moved to a different room. That room also had a broken hotel lock, missing lightbulbs, dirty walls, and the door numbers were taped on the masking tape. “everything was very clean peaceful and quite i travel a lot so i know what high quality breakfast taste like and i will give the breakfast a 5/10 because you can tell everything was processed eggs look and taste like it came out of a premade container idk. food was cold half the time, but other the that i was just thankful to have a buffet break fast in the morning.
