“Hotel needs to be updated and needs to stock supplies better, especially breakfast food items. Also, guest services needs to go through daily room service later in the more. People are on vacation and don’t want their rooms cleaned early in the morning.”

“The room was clean, but the bathroom should have been done over peeling wall, paper or paint there was mildew and the tub when you stand in the shower squeak like you were gonna go down through the floor. The kitchen cupboards were awful, dirty, broken the refrigerator outdated the kitchen table. Nothing matched the curtains were coming down actually I don’t think I’d ever return there.”

“This is an okay hotel for what you pay for. Swimming pool and hot tub are looking worse for wear. Light continental breakfast including muffins, hard boiled eggs, waffles and other breads. No meats. The appearance in main areas is very appealing besides the floors. Carpet is heavily worn and uncarpeted floors in rooms feel sticky and dirty, although they said they’re planning on replacing the carpets in the fall. “We were not impressed with this property. There were blood stains on our sheets, no coffee or water glasses. When we requested water glasses they said they did not supply those. Very close to the road so very noisy. Walls are very thin hard to sleep! Also no fire pit like in the photosz”

“Dust on the ceilings. No soap or shampoo. No blanket. No towel/mat for bathroom floor. Missing light bulbs. Electronic lock but no doorknob on the inside so really nothing to grab to open the door from the inside.”

“On our arrival we were given a room in the second floor. This room was located just on top of the indoor swimming pool and it was full of mold and the smell was unbearable. Thanks God they accommodated our request and moved us to another room. The staff are OK. The star staff is the guy in the breakfast room who is nice, polite and extremely helpful especially with families with kids.”

“Crosswinds is a great hidden gem right on the tourist strip of Rehoboth Beach. It's dog friendly, which is what I chose it for. It's not carpeted, which i prefer as a traveler with a pet, as its easier to clean. Check-in was effortless, organized and all automated. The cleaning staff were all super friendly. Clean, safe and simple, not fancy and well worth it's cost. You don't have to worry about finding paid parking spots, which can be difficult and expensive. I'm already booked for Halloween....
