“Slightly understaffed effecting numerous situations where the service was less than optimal.”

“I would like to give this property a no star review. We arrived for check in to be told that there was no hot water and they would not have hot water until sometime the next day! They never called us in advance to tell us this. after a 9 hour drive, I was pretty upset. Their consoling statement was, "The Hampton Inn has rooms , go there. Never again will I book this hotel. ”

“Shower didn’t have very much pressure. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly. It is catching on the top corner. You have to pull on the door towards the hinge to get it closed. You can see where someone has chipped away on the corner trying a cob job repair. Room 228.”

“Awful with roaches and expensive for that”

“Second stay there a week apart and the breakfast was not very good. Eggs not kept at temperature, oatmeal was watery and cold. Fruit was beyond ripe.”

“Amenities were fine, cleanliness was fine and the room was spacious - the only complaint was the night time check in person. She was rude for what felt like the entire check in process.”

“Only 2 years old, so everything still smelled new! Room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and accessible. Soap and shampoo provided; no lotions. Breakfast consisted of muffins, fruit and oat bars, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee/tea. ”

“Bed was terrible. Road noise was way too much. Property was old and tired. I spend dozens of nights a year on the road and this place was a major disappointment. Will not ever go back.”

“Ottimo albergo. Stanza molto grande e pulite. Struttura non lontana dall'uscita della I95, utile per una sosta. La colazione è perfetta, ricca, con molte opzioni sia dolce che salate. Lo staff è disponibile, il parcheggio ampio. Da consigliare sicuramente.”
