“Room was beautiful and very clean along with the resort. Note: pillows aren’t very comfortable and the restaurant stays open until midnight however they stop serving food at 10PM. wish we would have known that.”

“the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that.”

“Staff friendly. Quick to address any concerns. Breakfast bar with a good variety to choose from. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Has a pool, exercise facility, and outside sitting area with gas fireplace. Very close to attractions. Lots to do in the area.”

“The breakfast was decent. There is not any housekeeping services available. If you need fresh towels, you need to bring the used ones to the front office for exchange. The issue I had was when I brought the used ones to be exchanged, they didn't have any clean ones available. The staff informed me that I would have to wait for the laundry to be done and I could get them later. The other problem I had was an unauthorized charge to my card on file that they charged the day of check in. Not only...

“It is basically what you pay for. Not updated, but clean and "basic". We felt safe. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was standard but enough of what we liked. We had an issue with the t.v. not working and the door sticking, but weren't there long enough to put in the effort to get it resolved. Very convenient to Cedar Point.”

“Door was open when arriving. Dirty, wet towel in the bathtub along with dirt all over the bathroom floor. Front desk people came and cleaned the bathroom and gave us new towels, which was appreciated. Continental breakfast was ok, but not a lot of choices. Not the worst place I've stayed.”

“Our first room had a dog down the hall that barked for 2.5 hours straight. When i went to the desk to request a room change there were guests checking out for the same reason. The front desk was happy to move our room. We get to the second room and there is yet another dog that barked for a solid hour. I know this is a pet friendly hotel and I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels and have never experienced this. So on to the third room on the 1st floor. The entire hallway smelled like wet...

“Blood on sheets. Asked for new sheets, got offered a sheet with more blood. Ended up having to use a fitted sheet as a blanket. Dead bugs and roaches everywhere, with evidence of bed bugs (nest dots and corpses). Hairballs on the towels and mysterious orange goop everywhere. It was one of the cheapest options for ColossalCon, but definitely not worth for that headache.”
