“We had a great stay at the Swim Lodge. It was spacious, clean, and best of all the kids loved all the amenities. They loved swimming and watching movies in their pajamas in the theater room. The host is very responsive and addressed an issue with the wi-fi before we even knew there was an issue. Thanks for a great getaway! ”

“This resort was perfect for our family. I loved the spacious rooms with a full kitchen, fire place and a beautiful view. It was fun for the kiddos with options of pools, playgrounds and jump pillow. We had a blast staying here. ”

“Clean room but many more guests than it was stated should have been in pools and especially hot tub. At one point there were more than twice the limit in the hot tub area. There were so many people and so little parking that it made the trip very stressful and not as enjoyable as we had been anticipating. ”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. Otherwise, it was excellent if you're looking for a clean, simple, inexpensive place. We have stayed in...
