“Staff was friendly and the room was clean. ”

“Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. Otherwise, it was excellent if you're looking for a clean, simple, inexpensive place. We have stayed in...

“Loved the view from our little balcony. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot and there are a lot of places within walking distance to have fun. The staff was helpful with finding a place to eat on our last night that was delicious. The bacon in the breakfast was paper thin but still good. Again the staff were helpful and nice. We had a neighbor who was smoking on their balcony and it was coming into our room. The staff handled it quickly. ”

“The bed was lumpy, bed linen was dirty, but at least they did give us a room when we had plumbing problems, and the breakfast was not a good at all actually My Husband got sick from the Canadian bacon at breakfast. It looked bad as well.”

“Clean room but many more guests than it was stated should have been in pools and especially hot tub. At one point there were more than twice the limit in the hot tub area. There were so many people and so little parking that it made the trip very stressful and not as enjoyable as we had been anticipating. ”
