“The hotel staff was very nice. However, I found the supervisor to be a bit rude. The place definitely needs updating; but the property was very clean and my grandchildren had a fun time at the waterpark. They need to replace the plastic lattice that separates the baby pool from the deep end. There is a hole in it that a child can fit through.”

“It was a clean room. Very sufficient for one night while traveling through. ”

“Cleaner knocked on door at 8 am and woke us up when checkout is at 11. Had to switch rooms because of a dog the employee forgot about when checking in. Big inconvenience on both parts, and the bathroom in the dog friendly room was wayyyy smaller than the one we were previously placed in, and the shower tub wouldn’t drain.”

“For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking.”

“This hotel was very simple/no frills but extremely clean and staff was wonderful....the breakfeast was slim and not really a breakfeast. But to be fair, the hotel was very reasonably priced and most importantly clean!!!!!!”

“Arrived during the snow storm & let us check-in a little early. The front desk lady was super nice (afternoon shift) & helpful when I had a question! Pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast was very fulfilling. Great place to stay! Will stay again when coming back through Mandan!”
