“The room was amazing! We booked the King suite but we got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi!”

“We got to the hotel at 11:30pm and found out that the AC in the hotel did not work. There was no prior communication about it. If we had been notified, we would have canceled and rebooked elsewhere. Room was very hot and no air movement. Breakfast wasn't anything spectacular. Juice machine down so only option was coffee.”

“It was very quiet, comfortable and appealing. But the room refrigerator and freezer stopped working. In my summer journey, that is what I depend on. But I would still return. Everything else was worth the stay.”

“The tv didn't work and the air conditioning didn't work either. When we went down to ask them to fix the problems, they said they would send someone up and the problems were never resolved.”

“Upon arrival, the room was clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and helpful, and had a good sense of humor when a complaint about another guest was needed. All in all, their customer service was wonderful and the rooms were incredibly nice.”

Dirty hallways, ceiling leaks that created puddles during the rain, and a generally run-down appearance left a poor impression.
