Hotel vicino a Cottonwood Park - Bismarck

“The room was nice and clean. Good breakfast with lots of variety. After 5pm the breakfast area turns into a lounge with reasonable priced refreshments. Nice pool and hot tub. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Karen the manager was great to deal with!”

“Entered room to 2 used towels (1 in shower and 1 hanging behind bathroom door), no clean towels and a stained bedspread. Immediately reported to staff at front desk, received towels for the night but did not receive any additional towels or any evidence of housekeeping staff in our room. No one came to take dirty towels out either. Stayed 3 nights and had multiple rooms and none of us had any housekeeping services. Hotel was packed due to graduation in town. Obvious that hotel was incredibly...

“Filthy and run down. Furniture is missing hardware and doors. Everything is rusty very loud.”

“Filthy! The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Stains all over the walls, furniture, toilets and sofa. When we opened the sofa bed, there was multiple tooth flossers, a comb and Candy wrappers and crumbs. The toilets had not been cleaned. We checked out after the first night. The hotel was unable help us because we booked through Expedia. Save your money and go elsewhere. The last straw was when a giant black thick spider crawled onto my son Pajamas. Never going back.”

“Nice restaurant and lounge. Good breakfast area. Elevators and stairs dirty and need new carpet. Same with hallways and rooms carpets pretty far gone. Mirror over sink below eye level. Door to bathroom difficult to close.”

“Staff member attitudes was rude when asking for lost items and called 20 hours before doing a drive back to make sure everything was there to find some items was stolen and never gotten returned back to me and call the corporate about the issues ”

“For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking.”

“Pool was closed, they had a hard time getting us in our room, the room itself had a horrible smell. Couldn't get moved to another one.”
