Hotel vicino a Cottonwood Park - Bismarck

“The toilet would not stop running and had trouble flushing. We could not use the hot tub because it was too hot and people's skin was red to the point of hurting. The desk said they called someone, but it was unusable. It was what I was looking forward to at the end of the day. Desk person came and stuck his hand in it and said it was fine. Not acceptable.”

“This was a great and affordable hotel. Clean, good service at check in and nice breakfast. The price was good for a clean place to sleep. Would recommend and stay again. We stayed nearby at a hotel almost double the price that left much to be desired. EverSpring was recommended to us by local family and we are glad we made the switch! Nicer experience, and saved money.”

“This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.”

“My room's coffee setup was not complete. When I asked the staff, no one was helpful. The shower bathtub did not have any antislip setup. Take showers at your own risk.”

“The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty.”

“I hate they have to do $50 on yout card for incidentials amd you have to NV wait for it to fall off. Mine showed up twice. just put the card on file like everyone else...ugh Also chronic barking dogs on the 2nd floor Breakfast is decent and typically lowest price”

“They had breakfast each morning…same kinda items every day. The staff was nice and assisted if you needed additional items or help. I didn’t realize they only cleaned the room every three days… But apparently it was on a sign in the room… I still didn’t see it. The beds were uncomfortable… With one of the beds having a huge depression where it looks like someone sat there their entire life. They told me I can switch rooms, but we had everything unpacked so we just moved over to one side of...

“I needed a 2 night stay, AC smelled, floors not clean especially the bathroom. Sink faucet needs aerator cleaned. The towels were old and stained, I used my own towel. Only one trash, none in bathroom. Im done with motel 6”

“The breakfast was ok, but there was no one keeping the food stocked. The place was busy and you had to wait until someone brought food out. Also, we asked for clean wash cloths and hand towels, and to empty the trash can. The dirty towels were on the floor next to the trash can, but were not picked up. Who empties the trash and leaves the dirty stuff on the floor? We had to go and ask for clean lines. Finally, I asked for a receipt. The desk help would not give me one, but would email me one. I...

“Our room was not clean. Stains on the bed, mold in the shower, and a white powder on our chair.”

“First issue was the front desk clerk and he ADA knowledge, her snide comments about my service dog were uncalled for and she asked illegal questions. Secondly, I did not feel safe. The local and people staying there were questionable. One even appeared to be growing weed in the window sill. The air conditioned did not work well and the room could have used a better cleaning….”
