“Clean and big room and easy access to beach”

“Clean room and helpful staff. We enjoyed the beautiful restaurant and pool that included an outdoor bar. The service in each was excellent. The view is exceptional. The room was small but fine for our needs. We did have a minor complaint about the policy prohibiting outside alcohol. “We spent 3 nights, room 211, he drain in the shower did not work. Water took about 10 minutes to go. Complained daily, technician sent twice. Did not fix it. After that staff ignored us. The problem there created a very really BAD snell. Complained, ignored. I left the property before due to the above. My husband and daughter stayed and told me they did not addressed the issue when they were checking out. Pricey, bad service.”

“The hotel and room was very clean and the staff was nice. The Mexican restaurant on property was amazing. Very good food and very well priced during happy hour. The room was kind of dark as there were only the bedside lights when the blinds were closed. The bathroom ceiling clearly had water damage from lack of ventilation and the amount of caulking used and not used to hide the gaps on the faucet and handle was actually laughable.
