Hotel vicino a Twin Lights State Historic Site - Highlands

“Paid extra for a room with two beds.even though i confirmed the reservation the day before. When i checked in ,they said that they gave my room to sombody else the night before. I was told i could have a one bed room or cancel my reservation. Expedia was no help. So i paid for two beds and got one for two grown men”

“Three days to get a maintenance issue fixed, wifi spotty when not out, one front desk person in mornings who had to do double duty refreshing breakfast items resulting in long waits, tv kept going off for no obvious reason constantly had to reset and go through setup again.”

“The hallway is under construction and it was a terrible mess! The air conditioner blows in your face, next to the bed. Pillows are not clean. The breakfast was very good. ”

“I have been to this location/hotel several times and we really like it here. Its only 3 miles to the beach,its clean,they have a great breakfast and free bottled water at the desk. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is super comfortable with a nice size tv. This is our go to jersey shore hotel”

“When i stayed for 4th of july there was no electricity. Room temperature at 82°. It was so uncomfortable. When I talked to front desk they said "sorry nothing we can do". I don't understand why it was not taken seriously or maybe call someone to fix the issue. I wish I could get a partial refund because even taking a shower was an issue. So bad.”

“the actual rooms/units are huge and it's like stepping into a mini condo! The bad part was that the tv's were all blurry and had extremely limited channels and froze up a lot. Also, while the kitchen looks good, it has no oven or dishwasher and our stovetop didn't work. What else? Our refrigerator wasn't plugged in and stunk and they have no ice machine and we had to beg fpr extra bath towels and still didn't get them. The place has potential, but how about one tv that works instead of three...

“Being honest, i didn't except too much because i already know Asbury, the Jersey Shore and their accomodations and prices... The location, yes, it's the best you can find, because there aren't so many other options... And my good comment is for the housekeeping stuff: working hard -i guess- doing their best: thanks. In the large room: no kettle to warm up water or make your own coffee.....They offer coffee at the reception: but only till 11.00, it doesn't matter if the hotel is full for the...
