“This was a nice big place, clean and good value for the money. Better than a hotel room at any of the cheap hotels in town. Mark and Steve had some excellent freshly ground coffee, sugar and creamers for us to enjoy in the morning. Great location near downtown and the lake, but quieter than where the chain hotels are.”

“I was very impressed with the setup and the decor of the apartment. It was very convenient to be steps away from the bridge and the main street. Was very grateful that it was pet-friendly. My dog was very comfortable. One thing I would recommend is to add a light in the walkway to the apartment. It was very uncomfortable to be alone walking between the two buildings in the dark. ”

“We stayed for approximately a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very modern, very clean and quite new. The air conditioning was much appreciated as it was hot out during our stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and generally the apartment was very quiet. Someone did stay in the apartment above us one night and it was quite noisy keeping one of us awake into the early hours. They weren't excessively noisy but could hear the footsteps and general moving about easily. Communication...

“My daughter and I stayed here while she was attending a ballet intensive for the summer. It was exactly the space we needed, a two bedroom basement apartment. Listing said use of outdoor space but that wasn't available during our stay. Nice clean and spacious space in a quiet neighborhood.”

“Lovely area and very large, bright space. Mostly well equipped. Lots of room and great closet space. Glass doors on entry door and shower doors were quite dirty. No information about what to do with towels, garbage and recycling when leaving. Main thing to improve is a motion detcction light on the stairs going down the hill to the door at the back of the property. Very difficult to see the steps and very easy to trip at night. I came back after dark both nights and could have easily tripped....
