“Lacked basic amenities like hand soap or paper towels. Had to call again for Wi-Fi and cleaning. No chairs on the patio. Tv wasn’t working. Fireplace didn’t have supplies.”

Upon arrival we noticed a blood stain on the mattress and pillow and messaged the owner but he couldn’t do anything until the next day so we slept on the couch. Next day we only got a mattress cover arnd 5 pm instead of he changing the mattress and pillow for us. So didn’t even use the pillow.
