“This was our first stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport. The complimentary shuttles arrived on time, and the drivers on both occasions were pleasant. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and meticulously clean. We enjoyed the welcome happy hour that included two free drinks and fresh and plentiful snacks.
