“The drain in the shower was partially blocked. Hence the water was not draining . This is a safety hazard. Plse inform the hotel to clean their drains. I had removed the drain cover and it was filthy black. Was not good.”

“We were to check in at 4pm and we had booked three rooms. When we reached there, the check in was quick. When we reached the room, two rooms were great, but one had a strong moldy smell. “We’ve stayed here every Canada Day, and it’s one of our favorite locations. The setting is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and genuinely trying their best. Unfortunately, this year’s stay was very disappointing, especially considering we spent nearly $2,000 for one night. The room was not cleaned to the standard expected from a luxury hotel. There was dust all along the baseboards and under the bed, the sofa was extremely squeaky, the dishwasher was left loaded, the teapot was dirty, and...
