“The room was clean but was not as advertised. The room was supposed to have a couch but there was no couch in the room. Instead, there was just a chair placed where the couch should have been. There was a hole the size of a fist in the carpet in the room and the toilet seat was extremely loose upon arriving. I did contact the front desk and they went up and fixed the toilet seat. For the price that they advertised the room for, for one night it was not worth the cost. It needs better...

“Room was very clean aside from the bathroom mirror, I had front desk give me a rag & cleaner so I could clean it myself because by the time I checked in at 3pm housekeeping was gone for the day. We had a over all great time. Little bummed the sauna was out of service & breakfast wasn't included but there is a restaurant with 20% off coupon from hotel to use. We chose to not ro use that & just brought our own breakfast, dinner & snacks!”

“Had to ask for clean linen because the bedding looked dirty and not changed. Pool area was down. So no pool, no hot tub. Wasn’t aware as they never told us. Breakfast they offer is a joke. Everytime I went down they had 2-3 packages of plain oatmeal, barely any milk or cereal and a half loaf of bread that sat there for almost the 2 weeks I had stayed here in total. “The room was nice. One of the nicest hotel showers I’ve seen. The pool and hot tub were also great. We missed getting to breakfast but the coffee bar was nice. Fresh ground coffee from beans is a nice feature. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.”
