“Because of the staff, I'm giving it a 5 star stay. Circumstances out of their control kept the pool from being open for several days, and the morning boiled eggs stopped after a few days, because of new rules from management, but the staff was lovely and we'll definitely stay there again.”

“Everything, all of the above mentioned. The room was great, the amenities were great the hotel was so clean. The pool, the hot tub was so nice with the weather so cold. Most of all the staff, from house keeping to the staff looking after the breakfast. The hot breakfast was fantastic. Above all was Margarita, the afternoon front desk clerk, Margarita was beyond great. Margarita was funny, exceptionally helpful just a true professional. She made the stay a lot of fun.
