“The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The amenities were complete. I just noticed the curtains, and I hope they can add double-layer curtains and install a screen door for the room because when I open the door, people and cars passing by can see directly inside. My only concern is privacy. Our room is located in ground floor ”

“I booked a room with a lake view and kitchen and made dinner and it had everything I needed except spices, The room as decorated nice and the bed was comfortable. on check in they gave us coupons for 2 coffee and 2 apple fritters the are know for and were delicious. FYI there are not a lot of restaurants near, they have some grab and go sandwiches and things but check the hours if you are checking in later in the day.”

“Excellently run family motel. Sam and her staff do a wonderful job! Even free home made muffins and coffee in the office in the morning. Easy on/off Hwy. And an easy walk to Wawa Lake. We would definitely stay again.”

“What a beautiful, affordable inn right beside the highway and Lake of the Woods. Arrived late in the evening during a cross-Canada trip and the staff were very helpful, and provide an option for key drop off when leaving very early the next morning as I did. Clean, comfortable, and very well priced rooms. No concerns about vehicle break-ins here at all, which was not the case further on through Winnipeg, for example. I will be back on my next return trip to Ontario!”
