“When we booked this property did not realize it was a self serve style with no check in or concierge staff, unless you messaged or called them. The property was spotless, room was beautiful and comfortable. Instructions provided via email were clear though one had to read the details. The welcome manual was also useful (read this and found the utensils). We will recommend this property to others for sure.”
