Splendide viste panoramiche sul golfo dalla camera da letto principale, la zona giorno e il grande balcone, nonché l'arredamento "beachy" con lucernari e piastrelle in tutto fanno di questo 1.357 metri quadrati, due camere da letto, due bagni attico condominio preferito di un affittuario. La collezione faro, i mobili confortevoli e gli extra rendono questo luogo ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, pioggia o sole.

Cucina completamente attrezzata comprende ice maker, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Altre caratteristiche includono ventilatori a soffitto, riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata, e un grande bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio, box doccia in vetro separato, doppio lavabo e un sacco di spazio armadio.

Enjoyed it

We really enjoyed our stay here! Definitely would stay again. My only complaint is the balcony furniture is either broken or at risk of breaking from being severely rusted. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The most important to us is a comfortable bed and furniture to sit on and this condo was above average in this area. The view was beautiful and elevator was quick to access. We would recommend this condo for up to 4 people to have a great stay.

Check in basically lose a Day

We had a fabulous time first of all. Owner is great. However, check in was at 5 pm and check out by 9 am. So we basically lost a whole day of our vacation. The master bedroom and bath was awesome. But the other bedroom for my sister and brother in law was super small. The sectional in the photo is not there. It’s one small couch. The decor was beautiful! And the kitchen had basically everything we needed.

Filtered water from fridge, elevators not crowded during summer, beach not crowded, a little slice of heaven in Orange Beach. Consider a deep clean. Allergies went wild in the condo and noticed uncleanliness under beds, on light fixtures, etc. Can't confirm, but wonder if there's mold in the unit based on symptoms my family experiences. Overall, would stay again at this complex.

Absolutely Amazing

We stayed from Wed - Sun. We actually got an early check in notification which was a first for me. We enjoyed checking in a little early and getting some beach and pool time in before I had work on Thursday and Friday. My wife and kids loved the indoor pool/jacuzzi. In other condos, the indoor pool area had a very strong chlorine odor and it was hard to stay inside, however the ventilation here was amazing and the kids were in there all week. The beach was clean and beautiful and chairs were set up every morning. The room was absolutely beautiful. Cant wait to come back soon.

For this unit I have 1 pro and 2 cons. The view is amazing! It's unbelievable. There is 1 average sized couch for four people. Not an easy way to relax. The bar is unusable because the stool height is off by about 4 inches. Otherwise, my stay was enjoyable as always!

Family Vacation 2023

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Seachase for a few years now and it's been perfect every time, out of all the units we've stayed in 1603 west is our favorite. This unit has everything you need in the kitchen along with new appliances and a great bar area ice maker, the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and both bathrooms have walk-in showers which we all loved....there is plenty of seating for 7 in the living room and the balcony which has 2 chaise loungers and a high top table and chairs. There originally was 6 of us and then a friend of my Grandson wanted to come, I called the office and they made sure we had an air mattress for our extra guest and the mattress was there when we arrived. Thank you Seachase for another great stay and we will see you again next year.

It was NOT the same size I had originally rented we did make the best of it. The property was clean and the view was amazing!We had two major setbacks. The Tv didn’t work for two days. I got tired of calling the technician for help, so we sat in silence at night. The other problem was the ceiling in the second bathroom fell in and maintenance came to check on is not once but three times. Yet they did nothing while we were there which was fine. Would I rent this condo again, yes if I didn’t need two beds in the second bedroom and I knew the TV worked.
