Solo un appartamento lontano dal garage / ascensore, rendendo facile l'accesso e lo shopping un'esperienza favolosa. Ampia unità centrale da bagno 2 BR 2 più grande delle 2BR. Cucina completamente attrezzata Divano letto. Nuovi arredi! Sedili tavolo da pranzo 6. Salve al tavolo superiore 4.

10 minuti dalla spiaggia. 2 minuti ad alcuni dei migliori ristoranti.

Fantastico, i bambini recentemente rinnovati parco meno di mezzo miglio dal condominio.

Sul nostro terreno è il più grande fiume pigro, 2 piscine, piscina per bambini, piscina coperta, vasche idromassaggio, centro fitness, sauna, barca di lancio, pulizia del pesce, macchina per il ghiaccio. 2 campi da tennis, basket, parcheggio per rimorchi, putting green. Tavolo da pranzo per 6 balconi. Molo di pesca, scivoli in barca disponibili per il noleggio.

Impressionante pista ciclabile a soli 5 minuti di distanza.

Divertimento in famiglia!

Great condo! Very clean, very spacious. Just as described. My only feedback for others is if you have someone with limited mobility this condo is a far walk to the dock/Bay Area. It has good access to the pool, but if your stay is focused on boating activities heads up it’s a bit of a walk if you have someone who needs assistance.

We stayed at this condo in Orange Beach for the Sand in My Boots Festival and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect—tucked away and quiet, but still super convenient and easy to get to everything. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A great spot off the beaten path—we’d definitely stay again!

Me and my 2 -12 yro boys had a staycation for spring break. The condo was clean beautifully decorated and had great amenities. Beware of parking pass price not included. Strict over the top pool guards but the condo itself was wonderful

Absolutely love this complex. Stayed here many times. Just stunning decor and the integration of technology. Book with owners and they are communicative and easy to work with. Would stay here again when we come back next year.

Loved this condo! I grew up coming to this property a lot and my husband and I took our kids for the first time over Labor Day weekend. The kids had a blast and we had plenty of space as a family of five.

This property was beyond beautiful! Upon arrival we were given all the information we needed. The condo was spotless clean and equipped with everything you would possibly need! Owners communicate very efficiently and accommodated us effectively as well! We Will definitely be returning to this property and highly recommended to others!

Beautiful, clean spacious and comfortable. Lighting was wonderful too. We have rented many condos over the years and several here at this location. Bathroom lighting was always poor and the wife would complain about it, but not here! We had a little bit of trouble figuring out one of the television and the owner was very quick to help us figure it out. Definitely would stay here again. We had a little wait, however on time to check in due to the previous tenants decision to have confetti in their birthday celebration and failed to clean up after themselves, who does that?! Overall a great experience and a very nice condo!

We had a great time on this stay. Everything was as advertised. Very nice condo and we loved the lazy river. The host was very responsive. We left a souvenir in the room and the host contacted us to say it’s being mailed to us. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was beautiful. The resort was easy to navigate, clean, and the staff were friendly. Our kids LOVED the pools. I loved the view. Gayla and Rick were wonderful to work with! 10:10 would recommend!

We have stayed at POB for 13 years and this Unit & Host was By Far the BEST one Yet! We won't stay in another unit if this one is available, the Host had more than we could possible need or want! So THANKFUL we came across this condo!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at POB. Unit was clean and well decorated. We stayed over Easter and there were even Easter decorations. We loved the location of the unit as it was close to the parking garage with easy access. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything that was needed on nights we wanted to stay in and cook meals. Communication was top notch as well. Will definitely be back, this complex is one of our favorites in OB.

Condo was beautiful as described. Decorated very pretty with many extras. Bed was very comfortable. So peaceful sitting on balcony & enjoying waterfall & view of bay. We will definitely rent again just hope we have longer to stay next time. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and enjoyed the boat show that my husband wanted to attend. Gayla was great corresponding with us.

This was our first time staying on the bay. The pool and lazy river were wonderful. The property was good about properly distancing the chairs around the pool for COVID. The condo was very roomy with a nice big balcony for eating and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked for cooking. It was about 5 minutes to the public beach we went to, close to Publix, places to eat and shop. I felt safe for the girls to be at the lazy river until it closed at night. Even though it could get loud at the pool and from some of those on their balconies, you couldn't hear any of the noise inside the condo. First trip we've had to the beach where we weren't kept up at night from the noise around us. We will definitely go back! Great location, great facility and great condo all-around!
