Luxurious 3/2 is located on the 8th floor at Whitecaps Condos in Orange Beach, Al.
A low density 84 unit building means you have all of the amenities you want with none of the crowds. Crystal clear outdoor pool with plenty of space to relax. Indoor pool and hot tub. Tennis, BBQ and miles of white Sandy Beaches.

This one of a kind gem boasts a huge oceanfront balcony, gourmet kitchen, large living space, waterfront king master suite with high end mattresses. Both secondary bedrooms have queen beds with custom built in twin bunks. Easily accommodates 2-3 families. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Sleeps 10. Kid friendly with board games and puzzles to keep little ones occupied.

Fully equipped kitchen. Dual coffee pot, toaster, blender and shrimp pot should be everything you need to prepare meals at home.

Easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment. 15-20 minutes to the Wharf or OWA's entertainment districts. 10 minutes to Gulf State Park with walking trails and bicycle rentals (a perfect spot for a picnic under the big shade trees).

Historical Fort Morgan, built in 1843 is an easy 24 mile drive and is open to exploring with a self guided tour.

Dolphin tours, parasailing and pirate ships are all available. If you're lucky you might even catch a Blue Angel practice session.

We absolutely loved this condo and Holly. This is the perfect location, perfect balcony, easy beach access, great pool…. Just perfect. Holly was extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. I want to book again for Christmas!

The room was great, we don't spend much time in the room so as long as its clean and comfy for everyone, we are happy. We spent our time on the beach or at the pool.

The condos themselves may be okay, but the security here is invasive, overbearing, and downright creepy. The worst part is that security openly takes photos and videos of guests on their balconies. Balconies are supposed to be private spaces where families can relax, not places where strangers with cameras watch and record you.What makes this even worse is that this isn’t an isolated complaint. If you look at the reviews, it’s the same issue over and over again — guests feeling harassed, stalked, and made uncomfortable by security. Yet management has done nothing to fix it. By ignoring the number one complaint about this property, management has shown a total lack of care for guest experience and family privacy.We were accused of smoking in the pool area the day we arrived, and we hadn’t even been down to the pool yet?Half of the outlets were shot. We had to change the air filter because it was so nasty. Absolutely nothing to sanitize or clean with. The vacuum would not hold a charge longer than 2 minutes & the straw broom looks like someone took a bite out of it.My call to action to management: Stop dismissing this as a guest problem and start addressing the unprofessional, invasive behavior of your security staff. End the balcony surveillance, respect guest privacy, and actually listen to the feedback you’ve been given time and time again. Until then, this place is not family-friendly, it’s not welcoming, and I cannot recommend it.

Check in was easy. The property was beautiful and very clean, perfect size for our group of 9. The balcony was much bigger than expected. Easy access to the beach. WiFi held up great with everyone connected to it. Had a small issue that was quickly resolved by the host. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

This is a great place! The walk from the condo to the beach is not long at all. Beautiful views, the beds were super comfy also! It had everything we needed. I had a couple of questions and the owner responded very quickly. All in all just a wonderful place and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a great time! The condo was as advertised, very clean and accomodating. The balcony was AMAZING and the beach views and access were perfect! The host is very friendly, responsive and helpful. We had some issues with the keyless entry but it was quickly resolved. The bunk beds were a huge hit with our 3 kiddos. The only downfalls for us were that the 2 queen beds in the extra bedrooms were pretty hard and the elevator is slow and extremely hot (probably only an issue in the dead of summer) The pros definitely outweighed the cons for us and we had a great time - would definitely recommend to families with young children or several couples vacationing together.

Loved our beach time!

Pros: great air conditioning, comfortable beds, very large patio, condo was clean, great shower stations when coming off the beach, rubbish chutes on each floor, spacious parking lot for large vehicles, there were several sand toys and chairs we could use at the beach, ice maker worked, good blackout shades in master bedroomCons: unit and beach are very strict on placement of personal shelter canopies, unit didn’t give us enough dishwasher detergent or trash bags for a weeks stay, door code was working intermittently but owner did ask for someone to come replace the battery, there are no extra items in the kitchen like sugar, spices, oil, etc., building’s indoor pool was closed during inclement weather, no good place to store a wagon or canopies overnight, unit doesn’t allow drying beach towels or suits over the balcony railings, hot tub not hot-same temp as the pool

Thanksgiving Weekend 2024

We approved late on Thanksgiving night. When we arrived our condo hadn’t been cleaned since the previous tenant left, I believe a miscommunication with the cleaning company and the holiday are to blame, but none the less the owner had it cleaned and ready within 45 minutes! She was awesome to work with and we would highly recommend. The kids loved having the bunk beds and there was plenty of room for two big families!

Family Beach Vacation

Family Friendly Fun

Our family had a great stay in Holly's Condo and she was amazing at communicating with us throughout our entire stay. We enjoyed spending time on the very spacious balcony and the kids had a blast at the pool and the easy access to the beach was spectacular!

Fantastic

Everything was wonderful, and our host was so pleasant and helpful. The Condo was so nice and well as the people at the complex. Weather and everything was perfect. Cant wait to do it all over again next year.
