Le foto di costruzione sono state scattate il 30 dicembre 2018 e la piscina coperta e le vasche idromassaggio sono complete. Il condominio sarà completamente arredato entro marzo e le foto fornite sono solo una rappresentazione di ciò che il condominio sarà simile arredato, l'arredamento sarà leggermente diverso.

Il nostro appartamento è perfettamente situato al 4 ° piano direttamente affacciato sul fiume Lazy a Phoenix Orange Beach con incredibili viste panoramiche sul Golfo !! Evitare gli ascensori e parcheggiare sullo stesso piano dell'appartamento !! Abbiamo anche una serratura per porte senza chiave in modo da non dover tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il soggiorno! Si può godere una vista spettacolare del Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nel soggiorno e camera da letto principale. Con oltre 1.750 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spaziosa, recentemente arredata e nuova per il mercato del noleggio !!



I servizi sono abbondanti in questo condominio Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unità è dotata di elettrodomestici full-size, wet bar con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, 65 "HDTV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e un HDTV a schermo piatto 55" nel master, e un 50 "Smart TV nella 2a e 3a camera da letto, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. C'è un letto King nel Master e due letti Queen nella seconda e terza camera da letto per dormire fino a 10.



C'è una splendida piscina all'aperto a ingresso zero con uno scivolo d'acqua che si collega a un fiume lento, una piscina interna riscaldata, due grandi vasche idromassaggio, un centro fitness all'avanguardia con vista sul Golfo, griglie per barbecue e un campo da tennis al 10 ° piano.



C'è un limite di età minima di 25 anni per prenotare l'unità che verrà applicata senza alcun rimborso per violazione.

Nice place, great communication

Our host was wonderful to work with. We had to modify our stay a couple times because we went to the Sand in My Boots festival but that was a mess! We bought 3rd party tix and we will never do that again! Anyways, the host was very understanding and worked with us. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely book with them again.

The condo is beautiful, but there were some issues. There was a problem with the tv in the main bedroom. We called for service, and the representative was not able to resolve the issue. The lighting was poor in all 3 bedrooms. The sheets in the main bedroom were extremely dingyclean

Awesome spot

Condo was clean and met all our needs. The location was perfect. Out to door to the elevators and reception guy out to the beach. Loved being able to park so close to the condo also. Made unloading super easy! Will stay again!

Family Time with Perks

Wish the condo was cleaned properly b/c it’s a great unit

The condo was so pretty & had lots of space. The beds were comfortable & there was adequate seating in the living room. The unit came with 5 beds & 3 bathrooms which gave plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked. The property is conveniently located close several grocery stores & restaurants & the beach had lots of space for umbrellas/chairs. It would have been perfect except the condo was not cleaned properly. The kitchen counters (bar) had sand on them & we found gummy candies on the floor. This made me question if the floor had been cleaned so we bought cleaning wipes to use and it proved the floors were so dirty. Also, the bedsheets on the king bed had a big spot on them. I stripped the beds & washed them and the spot came clean - so I do not think the king sheets were changed. The Keurig didn’t work (it needed “needle maintenance”), but the coffee maker worked so we bought filters & coffee instead of using the pods purchased. The dryer also takes forever to dry. I called to report my concerns to the property manager who offered to send someone to clean, but I had already washed sheets & cleaned the counters/floor. We also did not want to be inconvenienced by having strangers in our unit while we were away. We would have also had to disassemble pack and plays, etc for someone to clean. I feel confident the owner will address these issues because it’s a lovely unit and it appeared to have been well cared for!

Fun in the sun

Everything was very nice. Totally enjoyed our stay. Could add more hooks in bathroom for beach towels and swim suits. (Personal preference). Clean and great view of the beach. We will be back!

Vacation with Grandson

The condo was plenty big enough for the 5 of us the lazy river and pool area with a slide was a hit for my grandson. Property was close to everything we wanted to do. The only negative, if I would call it a negative would be having to reach out to the property management people to receive the check in packet. I have used VRBO many many times and we have always gotten the check in packet at least a week out. We did not receive ours until Thursday morning before our stay on Saturday. Was getting a little nervous. But all was good in the end

Nice Place!

The place was spacious and as listed with a wonderful view, in essence...a nice place! Check-in and check-out was simple and we had no need to contact the owner. Access via the parking garage was easy, especially with our elderly parents, the elevators were near and getting to the lazy river was a breeze. We really enjoyed the condo and would most definitely use it again!

Summer get together for my wife's birthday.

Beach was great. Our two Granddaughters loved the pool area. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The 3 full bathrooms were great for getting ready to go places and getting cleaned up after a day at the beach and pool. Location was great for restaurants. Walmart and Publix for all our food needs. The enclosed parking garage was great for keeping the car from being overly hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend

Great condo! We had 3 children ( 2 of them were 1 year olds) with our family and the condo is very kid friendly. Very Clean and beautiful. Loved being able to park on the 4th floor and walk directly to the condo. My son (4 years old) loved the pool and the water slide. The indoor pool was nice to have in case of a rain day. The whole complex was really nice and clean. Beaches were great. The only issue was the chairs you rent are just basic beach chairs. They didn’t have the lounger beach chairs. Also tried to confirm a few details prior to our stay and never got a message back. Never had any issues during our stay so didn’t try to contact anyone other than before the trip. We weren’t supplied hand soap in bathrooms or bar soap so make sure you bring or purchase that before you stay. Other than those few small details, we loved this condo and plan to stay here again next year.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our week in this condo at the beach. The listing is 100% accurate. The description and pictures depict the condo just as it is. Communication with the property manager and the check-in was simple and straightforward. Both of the coffee pots in the unit were not working in correctly and the property manager delivered a new one quickly. The location to stores and restaurants in Orange Beach is fabulous. Parking on the floor of the unit was a real plus! We would definitely rent this condo again.

The condo was beautiful and more stocked than any condo we have ever stayed at. Not only was the kitchen fully equipped with everything we could need, but the owners thought of everything. We especially loved having the outlets in our rooms to charge our phones. The condo was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A little surprised

We've stayed many years at many different condos and this was the least stocked kitchen I've seen. In the past things left from previous guests came in handy like salt, pepper, seasonings, dish soap, kitchen utensils, cups etc and we always left anything we bought as far as dry goods or cups. The coffee pot is unusual without instructions. The televisions are unusual without instructions. It is comfortable and beautiful and the location is great both the property and the 4th floor.
