Heron's Rest is a cozy beach retreat with a classic floorplan and several outdoor porches for soaking up the views. Our guests seem to enjoy the convenience of the outdoor shower after a day at the white sandy beaches and we're sorry if the house did not meet your expectations. When the Quality Assurance Inspector was conducting your pre-arrival inspection, a plumbing issue was found and because we take pride in being able to address these issues right away, the bathroom had to be closed while a vendor was scheduled to complete the repair. We wish we could have given you more notice but were glad to be able to communicate the update as soon as we were made aware. We appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with the housekeeping and maintenance teams.
