Amazing Bay-Front condo in popular Lighthouse on the Bay! (Previously Phoenix on Bay 2) Gorgeous 2/2 unit on the 6th floor overlooking Terry Cove and Robinson Island.
Features incredible bay and pool views. This unit is fully furnished and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom has its own bath. Master suite features jetted tub, double vanity, granite counters, separate shower, and walk-in closet. Spacious kitchen, dining, and living area with wet bar, wine cooler, and ice maker.
Floor-to-ceiling windows, electric blinds and doors open to the large balcony and offer stunning views! Enjoy the amenities including a lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, an exercise room, lighted rooftop tennis courts, and car and golf cart charging stations. The kitchen has white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances with a hop-up bar. Ceramic tile floors throughout. Complimentary pool towels are also included. Close to shopping, restaurants, biking trails, and much more!
Our unit comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

You will love our balcony where you have a sensational panoramic view of Lighthouse oin the Bay and the Gulf. The outdoor lounge chair for two, plus additional chair, chase lounge and table to enjoy the views.

Wonderful

Our family had a wonderful time. We have stayed in this particular place multiple times but this Condo was by far our favorite. Larry was so sweet about checking in and making sure we were all set to go for our vacation. We will definitely be return visitors!

Great views

Had a great time. Only thing that we didn’t like was the pool kept getting closed down in the middle of the sun shine when it thundered. And you couldn’t go to the indoor pool during that time either. Over all great condo and we had a great time!

Autumn getaway

This is a great property. It is decorated extremely well and has most everything one needs in the kitchen. It has very comfortable beds. The best part is the balcony with a great view of the Bay and out to the Gulf. There is a very nice pool with a lazy river as well as an indoor pool with hot tubs We loved being off the beaten path on Canal Road with easy access over to the Gulf.

Loved it!

My husband and I stayed in 404 the week of Oct 9th-16th and loved it!. The condo was so clean and had everything they said they supplied and more. They even contacted us to let us know we could check in 3 hours early. I will definitely be staying here again.

Phoenix on the Bay II

This was an amazing property. From the moment you drive up you will be impressed. The views from the condo was spectacular. A very quiet and restful complex and condo. Will stay again next year.

The property seems well maintained, and our unit was very clean with a great view of the bay. Comfortable beds, whirlpool tub. Pool has a nice lazy river. Communication was great from owners - absolutely no problems there. $45 parking fee per vehicle about to go up to $55, so just something to note and add to other fees when calculating. This is on the bay so no beach, but plenty of public beaches nearby. Only real downside was the noise - occupants of other units quite loud at the pool and on their balconies (both of which carry to your balcony, even 6 stories up), but inside the unit it’s well insulated and quiet. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. :-)

Home away from home.

We loved this condo and all the amenities that came with it. The host were great and set us up perfectly. Worth every penny. It is very close to everything in town. The condo was in great condition and we had plenty of room for all us. Definitely a place we would love to stay at again.

Great condo!

Owners were so kind! Quick to answer questions and even called to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Condo is very clean and beds we’re comfortable. Disappointed that the slide was removed from the pool, but not owners fault. Owners offered beach towels so we didn’t have bring; a nice touch! Fantastic experience!

Condo was great. This was our first time staying on the bay and found it to be very convenient. Public beaches and dining were just a few minutes away. The view at night is better than any beach front we have ever stayed at. The day view didn’t disappoint either. The only things in the unit that would make it better would be a pair of scissors in the kitchen and towel hooks in the bathrooms. The only disappointment was that the water slide had been removed from the pool. Overall I’d recommend this unit and would stay there again.
