Welcome to Palm Beach Resort C55, a spacious and stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo nestled along the shores of Orange Beach, Alabama. With 1,706 sq. ft. of coastal living space, this top-floor retreat sleeps 8 guests, offers Gulf and pool views, and is perfect for families or friends seeking the perfect blend of beachside relaxation and upscale comfort.​​​​​​​

Construction: New walkways and 2 new BBQ grill pads, New shrubs and sod are being installed, and all work should be completed by June 1st.

The Space – Sleeps 8 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private balcony access, mounted flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with double-sink vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed with coordinating decor, recliner, flat-screen TV, and attached full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with undersea-themed bedding, flat-screen TV, closet, and a private bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower combo.
Living Room: Two sofas (one a sleeper), mounted flat-screen TV, cozy reading nook with desk, and direct access to the large Gulf-view balcony.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with built-in appliances, granite countertops, island with extra utensils, and bar seating for four.
Dining Area: Formal dining table seats six, with banquet hutch for added storage and serving.
Laundry: Stackable washer and dryer in-unit for convenience.
Parking: Two (2) parking passes available for purchase on-site ($45 each for the length of stay).
Bonus: Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included—check in with the beach attendant and provide your room number for setup!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes maximum. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

We loved our condo. So much space. We never felt cramped. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was awesome. Very comfortable. My daughter said she thinks this is the best condo we have ever stayed at. Besides having a tropical storm, we were still able to go to the beach and pool. Was not crowded at all. Don’t know if it was because of the storm or it being the week after Labor Day holiday week. Would definitely recommend this condo!

My husband and I stayed the week with our 2 sons, their wives and 2 babies. We had a great week. The condo is very clean and laid out perfectly. The 3 bedrooms with their own full bathroom is amazing. The layout gives every couple their own private space. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. The only thing I must caution about is the water temperature. I am sure it is a sanitation code that must be followed and I fully understand and respect that. Anyone with small kids please be aware and help them with tub time. We are timeshare owners at this property for a one bedroom but we will definitely rent again when coming with the kids. This is a wonderful condo!

My family & I enjoyed our stay in C55. Excellent location and access to the beach. The accommodations & size were just right for our family. The customer support was timely. However, there were some concerns noted by the family so will note these as recommendations. Recommend the following: The condo appeared clean but didn't smell the clean. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The floors were a little sticky and didn't seem to be mopped as our socks, which were light colored, were black on the bottom after walking around. The rugs were not shampooed & seemed dirty. There was some mold on the bottom of the glass shower door in the master bedroom. The white bed cover in the main master bedroom was dirty on the edges as it was brown on the bottom.

As a multi generational group this Condo had plenty of room to share in the living space and enough separation in the bedrooms and the quiet nook. The kitchen was well equipped!! One of the best ever in our years of booking through VRBO. The views from large veranda are spectacular and the furniture is sturdy and comfortable. Our family can't wait to be back in the future. Thank you for the clean comfortable accommodations

This was our visit to Orange Beach and we totally enjoyed it. The check in/out process was super easy. Our favorite things about this property was it wasn’t over crowded, the property was extremely clean from the parking lot, common areas and beach area. They went through and cleaned the walk areas daily, so there was no trash/debris laying around. A few things could use improving: the gym areas are neglected. A few hours of maintenance in those rooms and they would be much better. The second heated pool wasn’t working. A few days the ocean had double Red Flags so it would have been nice. We understood there was construction going on. We are early risers, but our family isn’t. They started On the roof at 7am and it was loud. The workers were pretty disrespectful with smoking in the elevators and blocking the only entrance in and out of the condos. That’s all temporary, but still annoying. We stayed in unit C55 and loved the space. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The unit was very clean and had plenty of room for 8 of us. Overall, it was a great experience and we will certainly book again!
