This Beach house is located in the Summer Salt Community in Orange Beach Alabama. This is house is recently built and furnished with all new furniture. This two-story 1500 square foot Cottage can comfortably accommodate 10 people. All bedrooms have full private baths.

**Please note that this home is in a new developing neighborhood. All amenities (pool area) are complete and open. However there is still ongoing construction on other homes. **

* Rental agreement will need to be signed before Check-in information is sent.
* Age Restriction is 21 years or older. Refunds will not be given for anyone trying to rent that is not 21 years or older.
* No Pets Allowed
* No Smoking or Vaping
* Parking- has 3 parking spots in driveway. No u-hauls, trailers, boats, etc.
* You will be provided with one roll of paper towels, one extra trash bag, one liquid detergent pod, and one liquid dish washer pod. Please bring extra for the rest of your trip.
