Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter boat fishing, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, one of a kind restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet mall, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary-white sand.

4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.

Very clean, well equipped. Everything seemed fresh and new. The view is unmatched. Also the Beach Getaways management company overseeing the condo was very responsive and communicative. Would recommend!

Great unit; only 3 of 4 bedrooms was inhabitable during heat of day

Very nice property, but management company misrepresented that complaint by previous renter had been remedied regarding hot rear bedroom - which was uninhabitable during heat of the day. Talked with maintenance team who indicated that the rear bedroom remains hot because there is only 1 a/c register in the room. The room remained hot even when closing all other registers on the feeder ducting to the rear bedroom. Maintenance team said that a stand-alone a/c unit may become available, but follow-up calls and texts to property manager after initial engagement regarding this problem were not returned and a stand-alone a/c unit was not provided. Kept 3 fans running in the rear bedroom 24/7.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at the condo. It was spacious and spotless. The balcony was lovely and provided fantastic views. The pool and grounds were well maintained. The kitchen was nicely equipped. As another reviewer mentioned, the AC needs to be checked in the back bedroom - it is considerably warmer than the rest of the condo but a ceiling fan and floor fan helped. We spent most of our time on the beach. We loved the building’s location and quick access to restaurants and shopping. The Publix is minutes away. For activities, the Sunny Lady dolphin cruise was fun for the whole family! Our favorite restaurant was Zeke’s - the meals were delicious and we had excellent service. It was our first stay in Orange Beach and we can’t wait to return!

Hated to Leave

The entire place was overall fantastic! We stayed between Christmas and New Year’s, so Parking wasn’t an issue. The place is very spacious with four en suite bedrooms. The shared living space is approximately 600 ft.². There are two balconies in this penthouse property. So much nice to say about this place. It was tough heading home.

Perfect Family Vacation

This unit was beautiful, spacious and the most well appointed rental we have ever stayed in. We loved the decor and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. There were even sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella provided. The sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were remarkable. The check in and out process was very smooth and all staff were very friendly.

May Family Trip

Great renovation!! Lots of room. Great corner condo on the top floor. One item to address, back bedroom stays considerably warmer than the rest of the condo/bedrooms. We couldn't get it to cool down.
