Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

Memorial Day getaway

The condo is spacious with great views on the gulf. Located right on the beach. Plenty of cookware for making meals. Updated bathrooms. Near the pass so you can watch the boats going in and out. We loved the pirate ship. Good beach chair service. Nice pools. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this condo!!

This condo was gorgeous. It was clean and everything worked as it should. We would definitely stay here again. The elevators were the biggest inconvenience, but they’re doing maintenance on them and only had 2 working elevators. Not really anything that could have been helped.

Everything was excellent. The only problems we encountered were that most of the top portion of plug ins didn’t didn’t work (worn out). Needs more and better cookware. Need to provide more towels, for our group of 5 I had to wash everyday.

This condo was beautiful exactly what they said in the description !!! This was our 1st time to Orange Beach ! The condo view was amazing and they had everything we needed for our stay it was very clean The only thing I wish was it had better pans for cooking things stick to theirs but that’s not a big problem. The swimming pools are nice the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back !

Simple but nice

Overall we loved our stay. The complex itself is very nice and the condo was nice as well. We were very disappointed by the quality of both the internet and the satellite. The satellite kept going out while watching television and the internet worked minimal at best. You also get the bare minimums as far as supplies go. There are no staples of any kind here so expect to purchase everything before you stay. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the place but that's not the fault of the owner. Brett Robinson resolved the issue for us. The place is very nice and if the issues listed were resolved, we'd definitely stay here again.

Great experience! Loved the views!

We were a little nervous when we pulled up to the front desk with a lot of college students and families, but the stay was quiet and without incident. Our condo was amazing. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back and staying at the same condo on our next trip.
