Both the living room and main bedroom offer private balconies to drink your morning coffee or sip that afternoon wine and relax after a busy day in the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico or from playing with the kids on the white sandy beaches. The kitchen offers everything needed to prepare sandwiches or to cook a gourmet meal. Sugar Beach 113 is conveniently located close to many restaurants should you decide to try our local seafood selections. Book your family vacation today.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The host was very attentive to our needs. They addressed our concerns right away. Although the unit was outdated it was still comfortable. We will consider staying again the next time we’re in orange beach.

Garbage disposal didn’t work. Dishwasher doesn’t cycle. Paid for late checkout at 2pm, but was locked our off room at 10am. Delayed departure by flooding in the parking garage that was 15” deep. (Heavy rains stopped 1hour before) Finally got out using service entrance. Security/Attendant was MIA on departure.

I was so disappointed the day that we arrived.We had no internet, I was told.They were working on it.The listing said there was a t v in the living room.It only had one channel, which was A&E so if you wanted to watch true crime all the time, you were fine. I sent something in about it.Nobody showed up until the day before.We were getting ready to leave, and by then.We had to go out and buy a roku, so we could just watch tv at night and relax. The condo is somewhat run down the kitchen's pretty.But the rest of it needs work.And the so called covers on the bed were crinkled sheets.There were no blankets in there.At all. I have stayed at this resort many times since 2008 have rented various condos, and this by far is the worst. Maybe the whole building is going to hell.I might need to find another resort.Would not recommend this one to anyone

Very disappointed

We arrived to the property after an 8 hour car ride. We unloaded our things, turned the A/C down & hit the beach. I noticed the couch was stained & air vents were missing in the unit as well as a musty odor upon arrival. The long, dark hallway leading to the unit was unsettling. After leaving the beach & returning to the unit 3 hours later, the A/C was still at the same temperature & had not changed. My daughter noticed her "clean" bath towel was very dirty...so she looked at two other "clean" towels provided for us & they were all dirty. I reached out to the text service as well as calling a Vacasa representative. They said they would be in touch with the local team members & return my call. I NEVER received a call back, but texts offering to clean the stains off the couch. I sent numerous photos showing the dirty floors, dirty linens, A/C unit not changing & the stains on the couch. I asked to be relocated & even said paying more was fine. It was close to 9 pm at this point so we left the unit & found another place to stay. I DID NOT hear from Vacasa, so the next day, I texted the help line to confirm that we would receive a refund & that our reservation would be cancelled. They said they would "look into it." They NEVER offered to relocate us or make things right. There were reviews from August, 2024 about the lack of cleanliness & broken A/C & again earlier in March about lack of cleanliness on the Vacasa review page. We want a refund please!

Super Comfy Beds! Awesome Beach!

Loved the white bedding, blanket and coverlet that reminded me of Marriott/Bonvoy beds- both Master Queen bed and the Queen/Full bed (bottom bunk) were really comfortable! Other rentals will definitely be compared to these beds! Plenty of pillows but we brought our own. Loved the little shampoos and soaps to get us by until we could buy more!We brought a lot of things with us and made instapot meals (we brought instapot)… this condo had plenty of pots, pants, utensils, icemaker (was off when we arrived but made ice fast), TP, Paper towels, 2 laundry detergents, 2 dishwasher packets were in unit. Appreciated! Main bedroom shower very small but that bathroom had separate sink/counter, Nice!, big closets in both rooms to put clothes/shoes/suitcases in. Overall looked clean and loved the LVP flooring and updated kitchen! Loved the backsplash and decor!Cons:WiFi spotty at times. Could not use my hotspot often. Building is cement and other tenants are easily heard in hallways or above this unit but overall, quiet during quiet hours. This place needs a deep clean on baseboards. We bought cheap rugs for front door & bedrooms that added a bit of warmth for us. Definitely would stay here again! Felt safe and enjoyed friendly people!

Great Beach Getaway!

This is the perfect getaway for 2 couples or a family to stay right on the beach. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Very clean and well stocked with cooking essentials. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Nice on pics but look nothing like that. Kids would enjoy but you would need to bring clean linens they literally had table cloth on bed Ada comforter and two flat pillows the pillows in closet were dirty. WiFi didn’t work and no cell service so that sucked. I’d stay in the condos again just not that particular unit

This condo has everything you need. Just bring your clothes and food.

We chose the condo because my daughter had a cheer competition and we wanted something close to the beach with pools and had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This exceeded our expectations. When we arrived at the complex, the man at the gate greeted us with a smile and gave us directions to the condo and best places to park. When we got into the condo, we were welcomed into a bright, open living, dining, and kitchen area. The host made sure we had dish soap, laundry detergent, new kitchen sponge, and soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. They even thought of everything we would need for a day on the beach including pool toys and floats. The proximity to the beach and pool wasn't a bad walk at all and you can see the beach from the balcony. All you have to do is bring your clothes and food and get ready for a great weekend near the beach. I can't wait to book this condo again.

Just ok!

This condo was a good price, but after staying there I see why it was a good price. I guess it depends on what’s important to you. What is important to me is a nice comfortable sleep after a long fun day at the beach. The beds were horrible!!! The master bed so squeaky and on wheels. The master mattress held moisture. We bring our own sheets. Even with our own sheets there was still moisture from the mattress on the bed. The other bed the mattress is so old and not good quality you rolled completely to the middle. A slumping whole in the mattress. I ended up sleeping in the recliner for three nights and my son slept on the couch two nights. After sleeping in the slumping whole one night my son said I’ll just sleep on the couch. The showers are very old and dirty. The doors in the closets are very old and you can tell have been water damaged at some point. The kitchen and the vanity is nicely updated. The complex is so old. Honestly the entire complex should be bull dozed down and rebuilt. Fantastic location but old and gross.

Great location and room

The location was great, the building is a little run down but not terrible. Our room was nice, clean and they had security people which made us feel safe. The pools were nice, even has a little bar area where you could get food and drinks. My only complaint is that on the listing they said it had a hot tub and a fitness room which is not true! That was one of the top reasons we picked this place to stay. Very disappointed they didn’t have either. Overall, we still had a great time and enjoyed the room and easy access to the beach. Need to fix the false advertisement on the website listing.

Wonderful girls trip!

This stay was absolutely wonderful!! Description of listing is spot on. We took a girls trip and felt absolutely safe the entire time. Perfect cozy clean condo and wonderful pool/beach access! I could tell it was perfect for families! Will definitely be renting 113 again!!
