  • 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo that is perfect for the active family, Seaside Beach & Racquet Club provides super-fun amenities such as 2 Outdoor Swimming Pools, 1 indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Fitness Room with a Sauna and Steam Room, a Deck Area with BBQ Grills and Picnic Tables, plus private beach access with an outdoor shower station.
    The space
    Inside this cozy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home you will find new and updated beautiful decor throughout, updated Stainless Appliances, gorgeous wood-look ceramic tile, remodeled and fully stocked kitchen with sit-in island, and a full-size washer & dryer for convenience. Recently acquired by a new owner, there are so many updates and extras, just too much to mention! The Primary Suite hosts a brand new King Size Bed, Smart TV, Balcony Access, a Private Bathroom with a fully remodeled tile, walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom #1 provides a Queen Size Bed and a Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 is perfect for the kiddos or extra people with a Full Size Bed, a Twin Over Full Bunk Bed with, and a Smart TV. Gather the family in the Living Area to watch the game on the Large Screen Smart TV or step out onto the spacious balcony with plenty of seating to watch the beautiful sunrises over the Gulf Of Mexico or enjoy watching the kiddos play in one of the amazing pools. What a Fantastic Home in an Exciting Complex. Open dates will not last long, book now!

    Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

    All bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided.


    -No Smoking/ Vaping inside the home. There are Designated Smoking Areas in the complex.
    -No Pets.
    -Must be 25 to book and stay.
    -Parking Passes are required and purchased from the guard shack upon arrival. Passes are $50 each, limit 2. No Boats/ Trailers/ RV\'s.

Condo was exactly as described. It is in a great location in Orange Beach…close to everything however you feel like you’re in your own little paradise on the grounds. Neil was great with communication and there was nothing hidden in how he described the unit or fees. Would definitely visit his condo again if we are ever in Orange Beach again!!

The Property was clean, cozy, and on the beach. My Family really had a great time; We had access to the pool, beach, relaxation, fun, and entertainment. This place gave us access to be able to cook, and also dine in to some great nearby restaurants. The condo is in a great location. My Family and I will definitely visit again, we will choose this location if it’s available.
