Absolutely loved this condo! It has everything including amazing Gulf views! The indoor pools and hot tubs were a bit dirty but the outdoor ones were great- loved the upper deck pools, lazy river and large chess and bags area. We loved it so much we wanted to add time to our stay but it was already booked after us. Would absolutely recommend and come back and stay again!

Very enjoyable stay! Room was clean and view was great! Site is very hard to navigate and they need better signs and maps around the property. Can be intimidating for first time guests. Host did not respond to my messages on the app but we figured things out on our own. We usually like being more on the beach but the property offered plenty to entertain the family!!

Always a great stay at Caribe

We stay at Caribe every year when I am here for conferences. This condo is beautiful and well appointed. Beautiful view of the beach. This is the first time I have stayed here where I actually had to drive to a different location to check in. Seemed very old school and caused us to have to back track. I will be sure, from now on, to make sure we can check in on site. I don’t recall seeing in the property description that check in was not on site.

Loved it!

Very clean condo! Beds were comfortable and the view was pretty. The room location is very close to the fast elevators. The parking spot for the is condo is also close to the front doors which was a huge plus. The kids loved the outdoor pools with slides, indoor pools and the pickle ball court. The only downside is that getting to the beach required driving on your own or waiting for the trolly. It would be 100% if the resort was beachfront.

The room had a left over pacifier in it under the TV, multiple things broken including the fridge which we fixed on our own luckily before our groceries ruined. The fridge and freezer also reeked like fish. Master bed was broken and falling in the back. Showers were filthy with mildew. The room was supposedly not supposed to have pets; but the couch REEKED of dirty dog and made our clothes stink. One of the showers kept backing up because the pipes were clogged. TV in the master bedroom wasn’t usable cause it kept cutting out. I messaged the about our concerned and only heard back once about the fridge when we told them it was broken but we fixed it after opening up the fridge to work on it.Will never rent from them again.Honestly want a little money back for the lack of cleanliness, but highly doubt we would get anything.

The property was clean and nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony had nice patio furniture for morning sunrises and sunsets. We love the Caribe because the condos are nice and spacious and plenty to do onsite. We loved being by the elevator and the parking spot was near the door (my husband was very pleased with this). The king bed was a bit firm but we figured it was a newer mattress. The water pressure was amazing in the kitchen and bathrooms! The only draw back my husband found was the the elevator from the pool deck to the inside pool/ parking garage, we think the tags were switched because the door kept opening to the garage when we wanted to be at the indoor pool. LOL We would book this property again!

Great condo, just a few changes needed

Great condo in a great building. The pools definitely need some repair and that was happening with the lazy river while we were there. I am only 5’2” and I struggled with the height of the bed in the MBR. After 3 nights I have up and moved to the small 3rd BR where I could get in and out of the bed easier. Now that Covid is over, leave things in the unit that people are compelled to purchase ( salt, pepper, spices, a hairdryer, some toilet paper). This would make things easier and has always been available in every other rental we’ve ever stayed in.

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. I loved how open it is and balcony is huge. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the necessities. There is a beach access with parking almost directly across the street if you don’t want to take the shuttle. I messaged the owner a notification and the response was very timely. I gave the check in 4 stars only because it’s a mild inconvenience to pick up keys off site. With that being said I would 100% stay here again without hesitation. I hope to be back soon!
