Condominio attico di lusso Gulf Front a Orange Beach

Siediti sul balcone e guarda i delfini da questo condominio con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni, situato in una delle zone più ambite di Orange Beach. Di fronte alle acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico, la vista è spettacolare e l'accesso alla spiaggia è letteralmente a pochi passi! L'accesso al balcone dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale consentono di godere del suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva. La sera, osserva tramonti abbaglianti sul bellissimo Golfo.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di nuovi lussuosi letti Eurotop, TV a schermo piatto da 32 "e bagni privati. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e il proprio bagno completo con doppio lavabo, vasca idromassaggio e ampia doccia. La seconda camera ha anche un letto matrimoniale e bagno completo. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale, anche con il proprio bagno completo.

Il soggiorno è arredato con gusto con una vista spettacolare sul Golfo del Messico dal soggiorno. Siediti comodamente sul divano in pelle e ama il sedile mentre ti godi il panorama, guardando la Smart TV da 47 "o ascoltando i brani del tuo IPOD attraverso il sistema Polk Audio ad alta fedeltà. La poltrona Love è dotata di doppie poltrone reclinabili per distendersi dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia. Il divano si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale.

La cucina ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito ed è completamente attrezzata per coloro che desiderano preparare i propri pasti. La sala da pranzo è arredata con quattro sgabelli al bar e un tavolo con sei posti a sedere. Il condominio ha un produttore di ghiaccio autonomo per riempire il dispositivo di raffreddamento in preparazione per una giornata in spiaggia.

Il condominio ha un balcone con comodi posti a sedere per godersi la vista sul Golfo. Inoltre è dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.

Complex offre un ottimo pacchetto di servizi con grande piscina all'aperto e vasca idromassaggio con ampio ponte piscina, zona doccia, servizi igienici, area barbecue con grill a gas, piscina interna riscaldata, sauna, green e sale fitness. Very nice property.

Property was exactly as advertised. Good value. Host was very responsive when contacted. Only downer was the queen bed. Needs to be updated. Will stay again.

Worth every penny!

The pictures pale in comparison to this fabulous condo! The views of the beach from the living room and master bedroom are amazing. The entire condo was very clean. The beds may be more comfortable than my own. The towels are the soft, thick ones from Sam's Club and the beach towels were a nice extra. The kitchen is well stocked and the additional ice maker in the bar area saved us from ever having to buy any. The owner is very friendly and responded within seconds of my texts. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed !! There were even snacks and water bottles left for us which was a nice touch . The only thing I would recommend would be adding a few K-cups and a small bag of coffee of coffee to the welcome basket 😊. We will definitely be back .

This property was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The parking was excellent, the beach and pool were just an elevator ride away. The property manager was amazing to work with too! We will definitely stay again soon.

Great Vacation Property

This was a great condo and was exactly as advertised. It was clean, the washer and dryer worked great and it was well stocked. The condominium complex was nice and we appreciated the carts to get things to and from the cars. The shared pools were really nice and when the outdoor hot tub broke one of the days we were here they had it repaired by the next day. Plenty of chairs around the outdoor pool and the short walk from the boardwalk off ground floor to the ocean was very convenient. The views from the condo’s front window and balcony were fantastic and we appreciated the comfortable furniture on the balcony. Overall we had a great vacation and we would happily book here again.

Family Vacation

The condo was very comfortable with nice, plush bedding and TV’s in all rooms. The check-in process was a breeze but what sealed the deal and will keep my family coming back was the owners. Very nice, responsive people that made sure our vacation was a great one!

Very nice

Just like promised it was in good shape. There was a little baskets in the bathroom of things we might’ve forgot. I had forgot my toothbrush and they were nice enough to have that. The only complaint I had was the air. The air does not turn lower than 70 and never got below 71. If we tried to cook that air would get up to 74 and 75. The owner did agreed to have someone come and fix the air but I thought well we just won’t eat anything we have to cook , because I just didn’t want someone in there working on the air and being part of our vacation. The fourth night when I woke up at 4am sweating it was 75 degrees . I called her and asked her to please get someone in there . She had someone in there that day by 330pm that evening. We did have to do without air for about 2 1/2 hours and then he had it up and going. After that it stayed at 71 but we still didn’t cook because it would get hot fast . Dew to medical problems I can’t have it hot and went from to room with a box fan . Each room and deck has ceiling fans. ( the owner said they were going to come down and fix air in 2 weeks.). The owners were super nice, wonderful to deal with. The beach is white and beautiful, no trash on the beach at all. The area is very much a family area and in September hardly anyone at all on the beach. It felt like we were on vacation alone. Everyone we passed was super nice. We were told if there was any complaints to please let her know and she would handle it immediately( she be in the owner). My family will definitely stay again. Large windows in the great room and master bedroom. Very comfortable deck furniture with a beautiful view. I would give this place when the air’s fixed a 8 out of 10.

Fantastic Condo

Our week at the Regency Isle (PH1111) was fabulous! The condo is fully stocked, clean and has a great view of the beach. Our check-in and out process was smooth and the communication with Lisa was great. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our family vacation!

This property was so great! Our family had an amazing time in this condo. The condo is spacious and there were so many thoughtful touches provided by the owners (welcome basket, the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental, beach towels, and so much more!) The view from the balcony was incredible and the balcony furniture was nice. The beds were plush and so comfortable. The owners, Ben and Lisa, were so quick to respond to all of our questions and were very friendly to work with. Being right on the beach was a must for our family, and this condo delivered that. We didn't have any problems with the condo whatsoever. We will be back for sure!

Paradise in Perdido Key

Glorious! We spent 1 month and cannot wait to do it again next year. From the moment we saw the stunning view of the Ocean from our balcony we knew this was going to be an exceptional stay. The condo offers every amenity possible and then some.

The unit was everything we needed to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. Incredible views, well stocked kitchen, and even a stand alone ice maker! Communication with the owners before and after our stay was quick, responsive, and enjoyable. Very short walk to the beach, one of the shortest in Orange Beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again given the opportunity.

This property was a perfect fit for our needs. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. The location is on a private beach section with a beautiful view of the ocean. it is right down from the Florida border, as we loved visiting Flor-Bama. This condo was fully stocked with just about anything you needed (shower towels, beach towels, and the kitchen has every appliance, utensil, serving bowl, etc... needed for the week) Great place! Would totally return to this location.

Annual January vacation

Very nice condo with great views. Decorated very nice and kitchen is well equipped. Owner has added many personal touches that makes the place feel more like home. The owner is very easy to work with and has worked to correct any problems. We have stayed here the last two January’s and are planning on going back this coming January.

Good, efficient experience

We very much enjoyed our stay in unit #1111. We stay at Regency Isle every Labor Day and would certainly look forward to staying in Unit #1111 again in the future.
