Cotton Bayou Condominiums is located near the heart of the family-friendly, beachfront town of Orange Beach, AL. Yes, Orange Beach powder white sand is right down the street! A five minute walk to a protected light will land you on the beach or the bar, but if you have little ones you may want to drive across to the Cotton Bayou beach access and pay $10/day for easy parking. Many other beautiful beaches are right within your reach, under the pass towards Perdido Key or the opposite direction towards Gulf Shores. And if nature is what you are here for, you will be in heaven biking or walking our 26 miles of trails through protected marshlands and parks. Other wildlife can be found at countless fun bars and fantastic restaurants, by land and by water! OWA and the Wharf with their many attractions and concerts is close, and of course FloraBama and The Gulf restaurant/bars are still great options just a few miles away...with new CoastAL's beachside bar/dining and live music also now only steps to get to. In fact, our whole area has probably changed quite a bit since your last visit! With improvements to roads, walkways and more new shops and eateries coming, the city is better than ever and hosting festivals and events year round Calendar of Upcoming Events in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. While there are still plenty of large resorts in OB (or down the road in busy Destin, 30A etc.) to choose from, where you can wait for a crowded elevator ride, it just depends how you define beach experience. If you are looking for something more laidback... barefoot steps to your boatslip or across the street to the public beach...then Cotton Bayou is more your vibe! Because our low-density complex is a small community you will always find plenty of space by the pool, and an available grill or spot at the bar/tables. We have new development, but no high rises will block your view in our complex... you can feel the beach air and see the docks right from our balcony. Most importantly, Orange Beach holds onto that old school beach vibe. Come get tropical, it's always 5 o'clock here in OB!

4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
6. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
