    The Enclave 305 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom condo sleeping 8 comfortably, located directly on the beach in Orange Beach, Alabama.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: SCHEDULED WATER SHUTOFF BY THE HOA

    Please be advised that The Enclave will have a scheduled building-wide water shutoff on October 28th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, due to necessary HOA maintenance. Water service will be unavailable during this time.

    Living Room: Spacious tiled living area with soft leather reclining couches, additional seating, an 82” Smart TV, and a bar nook with a built-in ice machine.
    Dining & Kitchen: Dining table seats 6, plus 2 stools at the bar. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all essentials for cooking and entertaining.

    BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


    RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

    NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

    AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years old to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

    CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

    CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

    MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

    PARKING PASSES: Parking Passes Must be Purchased After Booking-1st Spot Guaranteed-2nd Spot Subject to Availability at Time of Arrival. Link to Purchase is Sent After Booking ($50 each.)

    CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.

    WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Great time with family

We've stayed in the same unit twice. We love the accommodations and close proximity of everything. Hopefully next time a tropical storm won't form in the gulf and cause double red flags. Everything was great except we could only get in the gulf water 1 day before the double ref flags were raised. We still had a great time and will return. Having a week with family and making memories together, nothing could be better.

We stayed in this same unit last year. It had some wear and tear to it this year. The paint on the cabinets was peeling off. The door in the bathroom where the two beds are would not latch part of the time. We like this location but the unit needs some maintenance.

Our unit was perfectly located with shopping/restaurants right across the street. Easy access to the beach. It was wonderful to sit on the patio and enjoy the views. The few staff we interacted with were very nice. The place was clean and met all our needs. We didn’t realize until it was too late that there were beach chairs etc in a closet/storage room right outside the front door. It could use a good cleaning out and organizing though.

The location of this rental is great. We’ve stayed at many of the condos throughout Orange Beach over the years and chose a last minute trip with limited options. We knew we weren’t in for luxury, however, the condo isn’t cheap and in my opinion we paid too much for the condition of this place. The parking is dicey. One vehicle is guaranteed for 50/week. A second vehicle is available (at The Enclave’s discretion and can range up to 100/day). Three bathrooms was appreciated however, the small hot water tank shared by them plus the dishwasher and washing machine makes for a lot of fast, cold showers. There is mold in the shower caulking throughout the bathrooms, the refrigerator door doesn’t like to stay shut, the kitchen cabinetry is peeling and unsightly. The kitchen sink faucet leaks ALL over the backside of the bar when you have the temperature at just the wrong setting. The dryer took 2-3 hours to dry clothes (not towels). The red couch is (ugly) and has visible stains all over it. Oh, and July is the season for jellyfish in case you don’t know. It was BAD. We made the best of it and have memories!

Nice condo location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The only negative was the parking . Staying here you are not guaranteed a parking spot. If the lot is full they have overflow parking miles away that you have to pay for. I feel like if you pay this much for a week stay you should at least get a parking spot at the property.

Loved The Enclave

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the enclave unit 305. It was a perfect location across from Walmart in Rouses... For the first time, we were in walking distance to Walmart, did not have to take the convenient. The condo itself was beautiful! It was so spacious and well stocked (except for games and blankets....you would need to bring extras). Our only complaint was the parking lot was super crowded....overflow had to park at the Fairfield Inn behind Walmart....and the balcony was smaller especially for the size of condo. We loved the boardwalk to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all (even during peak season)! We will definitely rent again!!!!

Orange Beach vacation

The bedroom I stayed in had no remote for TV. Contacted property management twice with issue not resolved. Drain in tub had very slow drain. No control for AC was not convenient. Kitchen not stocked very good. Code for door was received but did not know knob on door had to be turned to lock door. No hand towels in the bathroom I used. This was the first time to stay at Enclave and last time. Not worth the money. Disappointed

Needs a revamp

The light in my room did not work. The fix was a piece of tape on it. As cB I was unpacking I found dirty silverware under the dresser. My sons bed had dirty light covers that cover electrical plugs. It was half covered in paint. Out of 4 tv only one worked properly and two remotes never worked even after I replaced the batteries. The toaster caused the smoke alarm to go off on first use. Over all not pleased.

Great location Needs some repairs

The layout & location were perfect. It needs some repairs. There's a huge hole in the dining room area that was covered by a fake plant. The outlet in bedroom three had no receptacle cover & was not attached to the wall properly. This is a safety issue! You also need better kitchen supplies. There were no cookie sheets at all! That's not good with a family! I realize this condo is older but kitchen & bathroom cabinets had pieces out of their exterior. A repairman came to address the the slow tub drain in bedroom 2 but it still needs work!The ice machine was a wonderful thing to have & we appreciated that amenity! We'd love to return but would expect that issues would be addressed! Thank you!

Vaca Trip May 2024

This particular stay at the Enclave was not great. I am not one to really make comments but I love the place and would like to think this as positive feedback. The positives were the location, the way the pool has been updated to have the walk in side for babies, close to the beach. I don't know if the condo we stayed in was owned by a family or a company. I did not sense much of a personal touch. The mattresses in the 2nd bedrooms were not great. There seemed to be minimal utensils and cookware. The cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom need to be replaced. They were very loose at the hinges and the paint was coming off of some of them. I noticed in the master bathroom that someone had left toiletries under the sink, there was medication as well. If it belongs to the owner, it probably should have been stored in one of the locked doors. I am not a pool expertise but the water was super cloudy each day. I did see it being cleaned each morning though. I would stay there again, but would want to make sure that the condo was in better condition the next time. The Enclave is a great location and I believe it has been there for quite some time. It might be time for an overall upgrade.
