Phoenix properties are known to be too notch. The condo could use a few updates. Counter tops have some damage and could stand to be replaced. The master bathroom countertop also needs to be replaced. Master bed is excellent. It is very comfortable as we’re the other beds. Could use a new chair in the living room. Recliner. The condo was just plain nothing over the top. Could use nicer patio furniture on the balcony. Stayed at beach colony a couple years ago and it was really over the top.

The view to the beach, the inside/outside pool. Easy access to everything and right on the strip where everything (food, fun) for the family. The apartment had everything me and the family needed. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend renting through you’ll.

Not what we expected. Furniture was past its prime. Chair with broken leg, plastic furniture on the balcony that almost blew away, literally. Mattresses were older, coffee pot so old the mechanics quit while we were there. Insulation around the door howled all night. The facility and the tower were nice. No instructions for the TCLV’s and they were all different. Not enough plug ins for electronic devices. We will probably go back to using Vacasa.

We had a great stay while we were at this condo. The only issue was that we weren't able to find extra blankets (there were plenty of sheets). The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and even a slow-cooker, which we put to good use. Property was nice and we had no issue getting an elevator either. Pool was nice and well-maintained. We had a great time!

Property needs updating, rugs cleaned, toilets that work, furniture cleaned, TV’s that work, new mattresses and outdoor furniture cleaned. On a positive note, the repairman and maintenance men were nice.

We all really enjoyed this condo. It is a bit dated if that’s a concern of yours. It wasn’t for us. Patio furniture isn’t fancy but is functional. We took a couple of camping chairs that proved helpful. And, of course the view is fantastic. We all thought the 6th floor was perfect! The inside layout is very open which made it feel a lot bigger. I would definitely like to come again. Of note though on any vaca…the people are what really make the trip. Good company…good time:)

Condo had an amazing view, outdoor furniture was old very outdated and on the verge of molding. Overall cleanliness was good however appliances and w/d a were outdated as well. Arrived early and was in contact with rental company but condo was not ready till almost 4 pm. I had contacted them at 930 am To request early check in but was not able to accommodate. They didn’t have the rental ready until about 4 which was disappointing because they knew I wanted to check in early from the start. Upon arriving the cleaners inspector came . When I had called they said they were doing final inspection but that clearly was not completed and then we noticed a brown spot on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. They sent someone immediately which was great however he came and we couldn’t leave or do anything while he was there which was not on our agenda but hopefully will be taken care of for future renters. Overall great view and with a few updates would be even better.
