La Master Suite dispone di un letto king size e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio, ampia cabina doccia piastrellata e doppio lavabo. C'è anche una TV a schermo piatto e un lettore DVD. La seconda camera ha due letti Queen, TV a schermo piatto con bagno privato, e la terza camera offre un letto Queen anche con TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato. Questa unità offre una TV a schermo piatto e un lettore DVD nel soggiorno insieme a un divano letto, accesso wireless a Internet, cucina completamente attrezzata, mobile bar con macchina del ghiaccio e lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.

    Phoenix West offre spettacolari viste sul Golfo e servizi favolosi. Sentiti libero di rilassarti nelle acque scintillanti del fiume pigro mentre i più piccoli si godono lo scivolo acquatico contorto. Everything was ready as soon as we arrived with no issues during our stay. The property is right on the beach with a great pool on property.

Great spot!

We liked being able to park on the same floor which made loading and unloading easy and the beach access was super close.

Our trip was great but condo needs some updating. Also a few items did not work such as balcony lights, jacuzzi jets did not work, and one toilet needs caulking around base because it rocks when sit on it.

Good. Beautiful Condo. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.

Building was well maintained. Condo Beautiful. Master Bedrom mattress needs to be replaced. Slept in one of the other bedrooms. They only supplied one dish towel and no wash rag. Only a sponge.

Family beach trip

Beautiful unit. Spacious. Loved parking on the same floor as the unit. More details needed about parking in description. Everyone Has to pay extra to park. Beach was very crowded, it was a holiday weekend. Three rows of rented umbrellas on beach!!! Almost forced to rent an umbrella to have space or chairs and umbrellas. Forget about a canopy.

Beware of extra charges and accusations

First we got charged for excessive cleaning after we got home and after my husband called we got accused of a smoking smell when i know nobody did in the condo or balcony. She said the property was smokefree but yet had a smoking section on the first floor of the garage across from the grills?? There was one person from our party that smoked but went to that area everytime and nothing was said to them. The condo had a bad smell the day we arrived. There was a poop stain on a "clean" towel, cabinet doors falling off and, and one of the toilet not even flushing. Do not stay here if you want to risk 300 or so more dollars for being accused of something you didnt do! Make sure to complain within 24 hours or they will not care!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Phoenix West is a great facility with several amenities. Our room, however, was not so great. We booked unit 507 due to it being on a fairly lower level and having a large stand-alone ice maker. THAT feature clinched our decision! Unfortunately, the ice maker was out of order for our entire stay 😠One of the bedroom’s en suite had a clogged bathroom sink drain, and one of the queen beds had an 18”w x 4” deep divot in the center. Unusable 👎🏼The owners need to show this room some love and attention, for sure. Even with these downfalls, we still enjoyed our vacation. I mean... WHO doesn’t enjoy overlooking a serene beach and a week of relaxation?

Arrived on Sunday excited for a relaxing vacation. My spouse and friends spouse both have health issues and spend more time in room than on the beach. We had 4 TVsIn unit and we couldn’t get any of them to work (were like 4 remotes to each TV). After text/emails/calls we finally had service in the living room and late Wed we had service in the bedrooms. We were leaving on Fri. Popcorn ceiling falling in floor in Master. You probably already know this but cell service is terrible, would recommend land line for emergencies. I requested an adjustment to price and they did adjust it but I didnt really think it was fair considering how much time I had to spend addressing issues. I requested half and they said they could do no more than 30%. I do like Phoenix 10 but did not have a good experience this year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LOVED THE UNIT, GREAT LOCATION AND LAZY RIVER WAS A BIG HIT. Upon arrival we found a note on the ice machine that said out of order sorry for the inconvenience I contacted you and you sent someone right over who said a part had been ordered. I feel we should have known this was not working ahead of time as the refrigerator had no ice make so we had to buy ice the entire week. We could not make or receive calls on our Verizon phones. We had to go to parking garage to make a call. If that is not a fixable problem, a land line should be installed in case of a 911 emergency. The living room furniture was very worn and not very clean. When you pay that much for a family vacation you don't expect to find furniture in that condition. We loved everything else about the place and would love to stay again if above improvements were made. Please pass that onto the owner. We had a great time! Everyone at Liquid Life from the first phone call to the last was very nice and professional. This is the second time I have used your company and will use you again in the future. loved your clean linen policy too! Thank you again will look forward to our next visit!

Disappointing

As soon as we walked in to the property, there was strong rubbing alcohol smell. There standing water in front of the ice maker. We did notify liquid life. The condo sleeps 10 and only 3 people can sit on back patio. The couch on the balcony is broken. I sat down and fell thru it. The dryer had a broken knob so we had to buy a pair of pliers just so we could use it. Someone from Liquid life checked the leak on Sunday, said he would be back Monday, but never showed. By Tuesday, the leak was worse. The leak had gotten so bad, that the carpet in the master bath was getting wet. We did call again. they did come and look but did not fix the issue. Thursday morning there was so much water, we let them know at front desk. Thursday evening you couldn't even walk down the hallway. there were 10 fans going to try and dry everything out. The dresser in master bed was moved to dining room. The TV and cable boxes and wires was out on the master bed. Because of everything in the Master bedroom getting moved around, i lost a set of car keys that is going to cost me $500 dollars to replace. Liquid Life did tell us we could move upstairs to another room. We were to check out Saturday Morning. This was just a waste of our vacation time to move all our things.

The view were great and kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were excellent. The one downer was the condition of the furniture on the balcony. The were worn out and uncomfortable. Fortunately, we had some chair we brought with us. Would stay again but suggest replacing or updating the outside furniture.

Overall satisfied

The major issues we had were overall safety issues that can be resolved. The door to the balcony didn’t lock and with small kids that’s an issue. The ice maker and air conditioner were both leaking pretty bad. To the point we had towels sitting to sop up the water the whole time. This could be a major issue as someone could easily slip and hurt themselves- especially kids. Lastly the beds in the two queen rooms are terribly uncomfortable and almost unsleepable. Overall we could comfortably sleep everyone and the kids loved the pool. Would stay in the building but not this unit again as is- things would need to be fixed before I’d rent again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. The elevators get very backed up so we did have to use the stairs multiple times. The lazy river and pool were clean and the kids did enjoy that. The beach was great! The condo was definitely dated and needs some help! It has carpet that has been there probably since the condo was built and it looks like it has never been cleaned. It was pretty disgusting. The tile also looked very dirty in the kitchen and hallway areas. The patio furniture outside was completely unusable which was very disappointing. My daughter sat on the outdoor couch and fell through because it was completely missing any support. For the amount we paid for the condo surely the owner can spend a couple hundred dollars and replace the outdoor furniture and replace the carpet! For these reasons I would not stay in this unit again. It’s a huge space that could be great if they would just give it the attention it needs.

The kitchen could use some additional items - larger pot with a lid, measuring spoons, serving bowls and plates. There were only 2 large ice tea size glasses when we arrived but Liquid Life sent more within 30 minutes! Great service. The outdoor furniture desperately needs to be replaced! The cushions are all ripped, filling is coming out! There are no window treatments in the living/dining area so the light comes in early in the am. It was disappointing because our 20yr old son was planning on sleeping on the pull out sofa. He ended up sharing a bedroom with his older sister - awkward! The light also shines through the light window treatment on the master bedroom's doors.

June 2021 Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: Phoenix West 507 condo was very roomy and provided plenty of space for a family of six with one baby. The down falls were not ready at 3 pm. We had to call after an hour and half of wait in the parking deck with a 9 moth old baby. After making that call within 5 minutes we got a call that our room was ready. At this point we were unpacked with our belongings on a luggage rack, so we were ready to enter the building immediately. We parked on the 5th level of the deck which was very convenient to get to our room. After getting to our room they were still cleaning. We had to wait another 30 minutes before we could get in. We were told that the room was very nasty by the cleaning crew. The room was clean how ever the furniture was very nasty! Soiled!!! The condo is perfect for our size family but it needs an update. Furniture and dining room suit was uncomfortable. The mattresses was very comfortable. The air was great. The kitchen was equipped with all our cooking needs. The ice maker was wonderful after we found it! We were told after many calls to Liquid Life Rental and asking about a third parking pass that they refused to sell us! But was told we could park our third vehicle at the Walmart or Publix down the road. My daughter and son in laws vehicle was towed thr first night. After $275 later the tow company told us that there was a specific place to park the vehicle at the Walmart that the vehicle would not be towed! There needs to be golf carts to help get older people to and from the beach. The walk way is to long. This is a beautiful condo and facility. We were just not happy with the soiled furniture and the parking issues.

Needs Upgrades. Find a different unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was great and smooth. The Phoenix West 1 complex was great for our kids with amenities. Beach was better and more spread out than Phoenix West 2. The unit itself is in desperate need of upgrades. The balcony furniture is awful. The cushions are completely torn and worn out with mildew. The cushion on main couch would not stay on. I am astonished that any management company would allow an owner to present that to their guests. This complex is not cheap and that is unacceptable. We usually spend hours out on our balcony and could not because of the furniture. Rest of unit is showing age and much of furniture needs upgrades just not as urgently as the balcony. The carpet in the bedrooms is nasty and needs to be replaced. We had a fun trip but I would never return to this unit and suggest others look elsewhere as well.
