Nicely equipped unit close to the beach

This unit had all the modern conveniences we were used to at home. Smart TV’s in living area and all (3) bedrooms. The furniture and decor was updated and beach inspired but not overdone. Beds were super comfy and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Balcony gave a nice view and the end unit kept the surrounding residents and guests background noise to a minimum. Overall a nice experience and we enjoyed our vacation in this property.

Loved Our Stay!

This condo was so great! The decorations and the homie feel were fantastic. One downside was one of the beds in the guest bedroom creaks loudly, making it quite noisy. We did contact the property manager about it and they said they would let maintenance know, so it possibly could be fixed before the next guest. Overall the condo was fantastic, comfortable, and we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Location and condo was great! Family had a great time! Will say there a few cleanliness things within the room that could have been caught. Fridge was dirty on inside and outside and stains on the second bedroom walls. Like chocolate maybe? Other than that we enjoy every bit. Loved the bright colors and the view!!

2023 summer

This is extremely late since it was June 2023. The condo was great for our sleeping needs and the view was spectacular. We had an issue with the double bed in one room as it was making a lot of noise. When I looked under it found some trash, dirt and broken glass. I contacted host and they tried to take care of the bed not much they can do about the trash.

The stay was overall pretty good.

The only issue we had was the tvs. The master room tv had no remote. I ended up downloading the remote to my phone so we could watch tv so it worked out. Other than that everything else worked out pretty good.

Nice place

Overall the stay was great! A little inconvenient bc there was a water event in the condo above us and water leaked through so upon arrival there was a loud dehumidifier in there for a few days and a weird smell (probably from the water) in the bedroom with the bunk beds so the kids couldn’t use the room which was super inconvenient considering we got a 3 bedroom so they could have their own room. Overall though we loved the condo.

Great condo

Beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff, even came to show us how to use remote for tv. They had wonderful shopping carts to haul all your luggage, etc. to you unit. We would definitely stay again!

Bachelorette Trip Review

Overall the property was wonderful as it was close proximity to the beach and so much more. The one change I would make to the property is to have more than 6 towels when the property can sleep 12. I understand not having a plethora of towels but at least 1 per guest would be nice.

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for our family beach trip! My husband and I had a room, my in laws had a room, and my two kids shared the room with the bunk beds. There was a smart tv in every room. The bathrooms were nice. And it’s a corner condo so that’s a plus as well. Check in and out was a breeze and they texted us to make sure everything was great. I requested one thing be cleaned and someone was there within the hour to clean it. Awesome service!! We definitely recommend this condo or any managed by Liquid Life!

VBRO FEES.

Overall, the room and location were fine. The price for the room was fine for a 3 bdrm 2 bath corner unit. VBRO fees are ridiculous. For what you do, you overcharge by far. I will book directly from now on. Jo Ann Harris/Shannon Jones

Towel shortage @ a beautiful beach

Phoenix V condominium has 1 set of elevators that move slower than a turtle, expect to wait or take the stairs during rush hours. Liquid Life is the company renting this condo (Brett Robinson rents out Phoenix V condos also) and Liquid Life did not tell us there was a “towel shortage”? And that’s why they refused to provide us with enough towels (condo rents for 12… they won’t give towels for more than 8 people however). We saw many housekeepers with carts full of towels and even a giant bagged cart of clean towels being hauled across the parking lot. So prepare for that, as well as no complimentary bars of soap, or hand soap. The condo was beautiful and the view absolutely gorgeous. Dishes in the condo were more than plenty, just don’t forget trash bags, your own towels for bathing, hand soap, shower soap, laundry and dish detergent! Other than that, if a different company decided to rent this condo out, we’d stay in it again.

Mischaracterized

Master was a big disappointment for the price. Single sink. Small bath. Plumbing issue in hall bath. No master balcony but mislead in photos. Master bed was very uncomfortable. Paid too much money and too many other choices at even better rates. Will not be back.
