Especially from the comfortably furnished balcony, a great spot to dine or just relax and breathe in the fresh salt air. The home features one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living area and berth bunks in the hallway, so there's room for the whole family. The kitchen is well-equipped for even the most gourmet cook or for those who want a quick snack and then head back to the beach or pool. Restaurants are nearby for a relaxing evening after a busy day playing in the water and sand. The amazing view reveals the best sunrises and sunsets that Orange Beach has to offer.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location of the property was in a great location, Very short walk to the beach. The bed & pillows were uncomfortable, there was no trashcan in the restroom. There was no space in the bedroom, the bed took up the entire room. A good place for a short stay for only a couple.. Can use some upgrades.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with necessities. The WiFi was a bit unreliable and the mattresses were truly uncomfortable and very loud. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with this property.

Great View but Horrible Bed

The condo was clean and the view was perfect. However, the bed was HORRIBLE. The box springs must have been all rusted! As soon as you sat on the bed it squeaked. Every time you moved on the bed it squeaked. Rolled over squeaked. They were so loud that you woke the other person up! Also, it only had a sheet and a thin top cover that was like a sheet. No blanket. It got down to 56 degrees one night. We loved the condo but will not book here again unless they get a new bed.

Loved the location, the beach is beautiful. When we arrived several issues needed to be addressed. One of them being the squeaky mattress which was terrible. Most issues were quickly addressed by Vacasa (with the exception of the squeaky mattress). Living room furniture needs to be updated.

Well maintained property, easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely consider renting one of the other Vacasa properties in the near future.

The condo was perfect, beautiful views. If I were to suggest, I would have some minor supplies like salt and pepper, oil or Pam, coffee filters. Not expensive but good to have for guests.

Great condo right on the water!

Nice 3-day weekend getaway for my husband and I. Super easy check in, condo was exactly as stated/pictured, and it was easy to find. It was a nice, peaceful, and relaxing stay. Balcony directly faces the Gulf and has a beautiful view! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Comfortable

The location was great but definitely needs a few upgrades. The bed has a bad dip in the middle and pillows were completely worn out. The only mirror was in the bathroom which made it impossible for two people to get ready at the same time.

A couple things that could have made our stay better.

The king size bed was bowed in the middle. All we did was roll to the middle. It gave my husband a backache. We finally turned the mattress around and it was a`little` better. Also the sheets were too small and didn't stay on. Another suggestion is to give us more than 2 washcloths so we don't have to wash them every day. We went to Wal-Mart and bought some cheap ones so that we didn't have to. Otherwise everything was great and as advertised!!

Lovely

For the price we paid I felt like this was a very nice place. It seemed very clean. Loved the view and it was very relaxing. I would make a few suggestions to maybe improve: 1. I believe it would be a good idea to replace the bedframe. The frame that is currently being used is not really supporting the bed and when we looked under it the wood was broken. I would also consider getting rid of the footboard so that you can actually shut the door. 2. Maybe find one rug for the bathroom. Two rugs is just one too many. also may consider replacing them in general they are a little worn. 3. Would be kind of nice if a hair dryer was provided. Just one less bulky thing to pack and most people would greatly appreciate it.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Partner and I needed to get away and out of the snow for a relaxing vacation. This unit was just enough for us! Unit was perfect size and the condominium building was small enough that we didn’t have to fight traffic or walk through a huge building. The balcony faced the beach and was perfect!

Relaxing in the sun

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach AL. Perfect location! Easy in and out. Right on the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. Small complex with only 36 units makes it incredibly peaceful. Clean inside and out. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Until next time……..
