Everything was fine except the floors. Even after you sent housekeeping to mop them there were still dirty. everyday my wife's white socks were black on the bottoms from walking on the floors. They need a serious steam cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay with just a few issues: a large roach (dead) on the dining room floor when we got there (I have a photo), elevator one was constantly not operating properly and the entry door lock malfunctioned multiple times during the stay.

Condo on the ocean

Amazing balcony and location! It was obvious from listing pics that the condo wasn't modern. But, it was surprising to discover paint peeling from ceiling, stains on furniture, etc. It was like, "we're on the ocean, people will stay here whether we maintain this place properly or not" so they don't bother with it. Nothing was so bad that I wouldn't stay here again. The balcony alone makes it worth it.

Short Getaway

We chose a condo over hotel for a recent competition. For a similar price we had beautiful views, beach access, and more room. Esthetic wise cabinets could use some love and maybe remove broken table on balcony. Parking prices unpleasant surprise. All in all we were thankful and pleased!

New Years Getaway

This unit was quite entertaining. It needs ALOT of updating. The code to get in the door is 10 digits, I would recommended changing that to 4. We were given the wrong code for the indoor pool area. The kitchen cpuld use a few things that I think are pretty common

Not up to par and listing!

The tv in the third bedroom did not work. The cable was out for the last 2 days. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was wobbly! The faucets in both showers were mildewed. The cabinets in the kitchen did not close tight! The ceiling on the patio was missing plaster and had rust visible. Overall, this unit was in bad shape and filthy. In 35 years of staying in this area and condos, this was the worst! We obviously paid the price, not an issue, but definitely not close to being worth it!!! When trying to discuss with management, they expressed concern, but there was no call to action to make betterment!!!!

Needs major improvement

The location can't be beat - we loved the convenience to the outdoor pool and beach access. It was a great location for a family with young kids and was not too crowded. Never felt like we had to fight for pool chairs or beach access. We will definitely come back/recommend Windward Pointe - but definitely NOT at this particular condo. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated with the condo itself. The title "New Listing" is very misleading - it may be a new listing to VRBO but it is definitely not a new or even recently updated condo. Overall, it just seemed very outdated and like no one has invested time or money into the place in years - or that the owners have ever actually even stayed there. Here are a few examples of things that were very frustrating: 1. Dishwasher did not wash dishes. 2. No broom to sweep out sand. There was a vacuum, but it did not work. In fact, when we tried to run it it sprayed sand everywhere. 3. Parking passes were advertised in the listing as having to purchase separately for one amount, but it was actually a higher amount. AND come to find out we could have just put the sign that was in our room in our car the whole time, and it would have saved us the cost of the parking pass. Frustrating. 4. There were no bath mats in the bathrooms - we had to use our towels as bath mats - and there were no extra towels. Had to wash towels constantly to have enough that were clean because we had to use towels on the floor to wipe off sand, etc. 5. There were no shower curtain liners. 6. There was no liquid hand soap in either of the bathroom soap dispensers. 7. Multiple vertical blind panels have fallen off and were hidden under beds, in closets, etc. To keep sun out of our kids room we had to hang a blanket over the door/window. 8. The dining room table was extremely wobbly- we had to prop magazines underneath to keep it steady. 9. Multiple outdoor chairs were broken and unusable. 10. Extremely limited pots, pans, & dishes in the kitchen. NOT a good condo for cooking any large meals in. 11. Ice maker barely works - barely made any ice each day. 12. Broken towel bar in the master bath 13. Burned out lightbulbs everywhere 14. Only 2 trash bags for the whole week

Great location

Great location and nice condo. Would rent again. Suggest the owner fix the flapper on the spare toilet as it was running most of the time. Lock box should be updated to a key code door as we almost couldn’t get it open half a dozen times. Very safe and clean!
