Comfortable Beds
We recently stayed at this condo and overall had a decent experience. The beds were very comfortable, which was a big plus after long days out and about. The kitchen was stocked with a good variety of pots and pans, which made it easy to cook meals for our group.However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The biggest frustration was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our entire stay, even though it was listed as an included amenity. That was a real inconvenience for both adults and kids in our group. However, I will say that the owner did get back with me and communicate about the issue but sadly there was never a resolution or an offer for any money back. Additionally, there weren’t enough washcloths (total of 6) for our group of 7, which made things a bit tricky. The towel situation was manageable since we could reuse those, but the lack of washcloths was noticeable.Lastly, there were a nice amount of knives in the kitchen but all of them were extremely dull—almost to the point of being unsafe to use.As far as the property, the only complaint is that the indoor pool area is not ventilated and the smell of chlorine will give you a headache in about 5-10 minutes. With a few improvements, this place could be a great stay. As it stands, it was comfortable but fell short in a few key areas.
